You need training on how to: Deescalate a situation you escalated, listening to the customer vs. talking over them and knowing when to contact a manager to assist the situation in a non confrontational manner, which is what the customer took action on in order to deescalate your unprofessionalisn. Came in with 2 cashiers on till no one else in the store. No management. You have one front end helper that doesn't really know completely what she's doing. The lineup is crazy and you're waiting. This is very bad customer service

Went in there and for an hour chose some clothes, shoes, a hat, outside items hundreds of dollars Ava while down an aisle that clearly doesn’t fit carts my cart gets taken and put back, then the associate says it had been sitting there for hours, yet by the picture I had not been there 2 hours yet and it certainly would have taken some time to load up a cart where I was upset enough about it to write this review, wouldn’t you think? So the theory on my cart sitting there for hours? Another clerk out whatever sure was had some slick words about me being upset, I didn’t curse, I didn’t yell, I was just upset and she thought it a good idea to get slick with me. Why are we hiring these people anymore. Can’t do their jobs never mind well, can’t do them at all. Then have attitudes about their lousy performance. So Burlington you don’t get my money now. How much is that per year? Who knows, I guess thousands. Marshalls it is unless someone cares to make this right

I would fired store manager right away for lies, and laziness!!! this is the most lazy person in the world. And biggest lier in Burlington corporation. I will definitely call to headquarter and make complaint regarding that horrible store manager
