Erik Butzek is simply the best Mortgage Broker you can have. He held my hand throughout the entire process from start to finish. He was on top of everything, and he actually had my loan ready to close in only three short weeks, which is amazing! I would confidently refer him to everybody that I know, and I will plan on exclusively using him for any future purchases that I make moving forward. I felt very confident and taken care of throughout the entire process and for that I am truly grateful. Purchasing a home and applying for a mortgage can be daunting and stressful but Erik made the process as simple and efficient as it could possibly be. To me that is priceless.

Professional, knowledgeable, and dependable!!!! I had an excellent experience with Erik as our Loan Officer. He helped us secure our investment property. We had many questions along the way but he was always there to provide great assistance or answer all my questions or concerns. There were few instances that we needed to work out issues with the seller/property but he helps us through all of it to work out a solution. Very knowledgeable and dependable.

I highly recommend choosing this company for financing or refinancing a mortgage. Albi and his co workers were knowledgeable, eager to help, and easy to communicate with making the whole process seamless and run smoothly. I trust them with all my personal information and with the portal we used to keep my personal information safe. I strongly believe they are able to offer the best rates with having the choice of several lenders and the fees they charge were lower than other places a checked into. Thank you again!
