Don't share you bank account details or setup ACH. They continue to charge your account excessive amount. There equipment cost less then $200 brand new on Amazon and charged $1900 claiming this was the amount equipment costs. Unless in was a $1700 mounting bracket, there company is very predatory.

I joined my company in June, and the Bloom system was already in place. Instead of insisting that I receive training from internal staff, they provided me with tremendous support. Pal is undoubtedly exceptional, displaying immense patience and always being available for meetings. If he is uncertain about an answer, he promptly returns my call with a solution. It's such a user-friendly platform.

We started working with Bloom Intelligence nearly two years ago to enhance our guests' Wifi experience in eleven restaurants. We have been working with Bloom Intelligence for just over 2 months now and to date, my experience has been outstanding. From installation of our AP's to getting up and running with the software platform and learning how to use it, our Account Manager Pal has been great along the journey. He is knowledgeable not only about the platform but also the restaurant business, if he doesn't know the answer to a question, he works with his team to get the answer and he is always responsive when I reach out to connect.We are just getting into the cadence of sending out email campaigns and setting up reputation management and we look forward to learning more about how to best utilize the platform to grow our restaurant business.
