I called to inquire about my bill being raised $74 dollars a month, I was upset and confused since I have the drive safe tracker and discount, so my monthly rate shouldn’t go up only down. I spoke with Hannah and explained why I was upset, (in detail in a sort of rant about the world and how it’s awful right now) and she was so professional and empathetic. I told her my financial situation and asked what options I had to keep my insurance and she told me what I could do. She was kind enough to listen, and made me feel better just by being truly heard. Hannah is truly one of a kind and the BEST insurance representative I have had the pleasure of speaking with.

Im new to State Farm after getting quotes from multiple Insurance companies, I was very pleased with my services. I spoke with one of the nicest agents. Her name is Crystal. She was extremely attentive, detail-oriented, Kind and personable very quick to respond. She answered all my silly questions with so much patience. I’m very Happy to have this wonderful experience. Thank you. 10/10 recommended!

I do not recommend this company. I sent them to cancel the policy. I sent them an email as evidence. I called them by phone. I spoke with Mr. Bill, the agent, and he told me that everything was canceled. They did not cancel it. They charged me a fee on the policy. I do not recommend that you use this company because they lied to me and it is disrespectful that they do not have a work ethic and it is detrimental to State Farm, which is a good company. I believe that the agent is not professional and I will report him to State Farm.

I have dealt with several members of this office and they have all been great, very professional and willing to assist in any way possible.
But I want to highlight one person who has been exceptional, Samantha. I recently had a problem with my account and after several calls to the support team, there was always a point where there was no progress, everyone gave up and I couldn't find a solution to my problem, everything was pending. But Samantha truly walked the "extra mile" with me; she coordinated calls to support herself, translated my need from my broken English, waited on the line until there was a result in each conversation with support and demanded assurances as if she were in my shoes. Finally the error was fixed and my problem was gone. She was very patient, kind, professional and efficient, thank you so much Samantha, God bless you.

Ashley was awesome in helping us get all of our insurance coverage as needed. She's professional, patient, and very kind always promptly returning my calls and emails. She made getting insurance a pleasant experience. As of today June 18, 2024? Adding on to this review from last year as I spoke to Karen this morning who once again demonstrated the professionalism and courtesy that I get from these guys. By far the best insurance agency I have adult with and pleasantly pleased with doing business with these folks.
