Just picked up my "100% Vegan" custom tank this morning. Really happy with the quality and service....everyone was super friendly from start to finish. I walked in yesterday, explained my design idea to the staff, was shown my design on their computer, and received a phone call end of day telling me my shirt was ready. Highly recommend and will be sharing with my friends.

I was just looking to make a single shirt to help promote a couple dogs we are fostering and having a hard time getting adopted out, and was so happy with my experience. Everything from the initial inquiry, explanation of possibilities, pricing, and timing of production were all 10/10. And the shirt has definitely helped get the word out about these cuties up for adoption!

Zero stars. Terrible customer service. The manager was extremely rude and raised his voice with me. I was quoted one thing in an email and when I had gone in to place the order. The manager practically yelled at me because he didn’t want to do the order. Completely unprofessional and unnecessary. I’ve lived in St. Petersburg for over 14 years, you better believe I will be gladly letting everyone know how awful you treat people here.

Up and down. Had some great t-shirts but the most recent order you can see below. The color on the left is what I ordered and the one on the right is what I got. Not even close. I reached out to them about this and got no response. This was the second time this happened. I went to my event with two different colors on my shirts.

Really unbelievable, turn time and quality were both well beyond what I could hope for at their price point. Incredible value, will absolutely use these guys again. Everyone in store was super helpful too! Give 'em raises, not pizza parties. ;)

An honest one. I've owned a couple businesses and helped businesses with merchandise and I had a terrible experience here.The first time I went , I received my shirt and it looked amazing. Beautiful and nice and looking ironed. It was in a plastic wrapping so I felt really happy but comes out Perspective was spelt wrong - ( Prospective ) which I totally get maybe there was an mis communication. And in business that happens. I was thankful you guys were able to fix that.The second time I went , I received the shirt without the plastic wrapping and it was just thrown into the bag not even folded and super wrinkled. The strings from the shirt were also hanging out about a foot so it was just a dud shirt. I came back and the employee was giving me such a hard time. He then proceeded to grab scissors in front of me and start chopping away all the strings and now the shirt was all messed up. He tried telling me it's fine.....I'm not sure if it was the owner at that moment, he had came out grabbed the shirt and said "well make you a new one" very rudely. I was very confused and at that point just done.I take pride in the merchandise I wear and I couldn't even wear this because it looked so bad and don't want it to reflect upon my company nor Big Frog.The third time I came to pick up the shirt again it was super wrinkled , thrown in the bag and I just felt disrespected overall.The time and stress this whole process gave me is insane. I work with many companies locally and would have loved it to go smoothly. I love supporting local businesses but I highly do not recommend big frog. More like little frog it was so unprofessional.
