Everyone at the store here was super helpful, but I want to make a specific shout out to Dominic. He is the absolute man! Young, professional, smart and just wants to help. Of every battery plus I've been to he is hands down saved me so much time and energy and frustration just by giving me general education on a lot of different products. I just can't say enough good words about him and the store.

Horrific Customer Service. Batteries Plus is rated 1.5 stars out of 5 for customer service and after dealing with them for a simple warranty replacement, I agree with the reviews. My family and I have been long time customers of Batteries Plus. They are fantastic when you are purchasing something, but when there is a warranty replacement, their service is horrific. They have lost a long time customer unless this simple issue gets resolved.

Dude, this place was amazing! Alex is a phenomenal sales associate! I came in for replacement battery for my
key fob and he informed me that my windshield wipers needed replaced and that they just happened to be on sale! This place satisfied all areas! Thank you!

VERY DISSATISFIED, went in to pick up a new fob (which had been ordered) the employees could NOT aget the new fob programmed to work in my car and then when I get home I find that the old fob (which had been working fine, before) will no longer open the locks on my car. I called and got excuses, not a solution. ENTER AT YOUR OWN RISK

They try to charge you for what your online order says is included
Edit: Even though they refused to provide the full service I paid for (without additional charges) and took the battery back, they still charged my card and are refusing to refund me.

I got my phone fixed here a few days ago. Stephanie was so kind and fixed my phone 11 in 30min! Also, she was able to correct the mistakes the last repair shop made. Great service 10/10 will recommend
