Horrible leasing agents. I walked in to tour an apartment and no one greeted us. Instead, they were in the office chatting. We walked around since the amenities are front and center and checked out the gym it was underwhelming. Went back and sat down they were still talking a girl walked up and saw us but didn't greet us goes into the office with everyone else came out and said do you have an appointment. ( no hi, no hello, no thank for your interest nothing) I got up and walked out. We went to Waterview instead it's beautiful and affordable and the leasing agent there was very nice from the moment we walked in. It's no wonder this place has bad reviews the fish rots at the head. The rude leasing agents.

I'd like to share my review of our visit to this complex. Last Saturday, we had the chance to explore this wonderful house. As soon as we walked in, Olga warmly welcomed us and took us on an hour-long tour, showing us all the available options and providing thorough explanations. It was a fantastic experience! We had been to a few other houses before, all of which were good, and were already thinking about applying to one of them. However, our visit to this house changed our minds, and we decided to apply here. We can't wait to move in!

While we did not get approved, I do want to state that the staff here went above and beyond to help when I kept getting errors on my application on the computer. This property is one of the most stunning around and my heart was definitely set in j the beautiful interior and the very fair move in fees. Eva toured us and was the kindest. She was super responsive by phone or email whenever we needed assistance. Trust the good reviews, if you read the bad ones, they’re very situational.

Horrible expierence living at Axio. Wouldn’t reccomend to anyone signing a lease there. Management is extremely rude and unprofessional. Prior to moving out, I met with the “manager” to arrange moving truck date and discuss cleaning fees/move out process. After I moved out, I recieved an email stating that my move out was not official and I would be charged an entire month extra. I tried explaining that I met with manager and discussed all of this 60 day prior of my lease renewal date and was told by Sheena that the “manager” I spoke with no longer worked there and there’s nothing they can do. To my surprise, after going to the leasing office multiple times.. The “manager” who I was told no longer worked there was sitting in her office. She claimed she didn’t know I was moving out although she knew I hired a moving company and reserved the loading dock..?After paying almost 3 thousand dollars for an empty apartment that no one was living in (for over a month) I felt taken advantage of.If I could give you any advice it would be to steer clear of Axio and keep looking for a better apartment complex where you won’t feel like you’re being scammed!!!

I recently went for a tour of an apartment complex, and I must say that the experience left me absolutely appalled. The main culprit behind this disastrous encounter was the apartment manager, who exhibited a level of rudeness and unprofessionalism that I could hardly believe. From the moment I stepped into the leasing office, it was clear that the manager had no interest in making a positive impression. Instead of greeting me with a friendly smile or a warm welcome, they barely spared me a glance and continued to work as if I was invisible. I had to awkwardly clear my throat to get their attention, and even then, their response was curt and devoid of any warmth. As the tour began, the manager's attitude went from bad to worse. They seemed irritated by my questions and provided vague, dismissive answers that left me feeling clueless about important aspects of the complex. When I inquired about the amenities mentioned on their website, I was met with an eye-roll and a scoff, as if I had asked a completely absurd question. The manager's demeanor during the tour made me wonder whether they even wanted to rent out the apartments. They didn't bother showing me the features of the units properly, rushing through without any enthusiasm or interest in showcasing the living spaces. It felt as though they were doing me a favor by even allowing me to visit. What truly baffled me was their blatant lack of professionalism. At one point, I overheard them speaking negatively about a current resident who had some concerns. It was shocking to witness such unfiltered disdain for their own tenants, and it immediately raised red flags about the kind of treatment future residents could expect.Overall, I left the apartment complex feeling thoroughly disheartened and bewildered by the super rude apartment manager. Their complete disregard for basic courtesy, professionalism, and respect during what should have been a simple tour was utterly unacceptable. If this is the way potential residents are treated during a tour, I can only imagine how horrendous their experiences might be if they actually lived there. I strongly advise anyone considering renting in this complex to proceed with extreme caution, as no one deserves to be treated with the level of disrespect that I experienced during my visit.

Great place to be. Just right distance between St. Pete, Tampa and Clearwater center locations. Literally 25 min away from each. 1st floor has high ceilings. Apartments are spacious. 2 pools. And a free great coffee always available in the lobby for the residents. I don't understand why the rating is so low. But I see half of reviews were posted just by ppl who came on tour, not from actual residents like myself

Sheena The rudest person I have ever seen. I was there for almost 3 years and had no problems until Sheena started working. All the residents say that she is very rude and rude. SHe doesn't care about the problems at all and falsely rejected the late fee for us. In this case, dearTanya told us that you should not pay any fine. Please don't talk to this rude person because she doesn't help and everyone is happy to fire this person.

Very clean, nice people, quiet. Only issues is the construction next door but it is and up and coming area so it is to be expected. Nice, spacious apartments, very very expensive.

This is a GOD-AWFUL apartment complex. Amanda is very rude and extremely unprofessional. Things constantly break and they take months to repair. Rob, the maintenance man is the only good vibe about living here. I've been a resident here since Sept of 2021 and have NEVER been inside the pool or jacuzzi in fear of slime and green mold. October can't get here fast enough.

This is an awful runned management staff. Things constantly break. Management bends the rules for certain tennants to have pitbulls and rottweilers. Rent is extremely high for what you get. Trust me, these bad reviews are real. The location is great because you are close to downtown St Pete and not far from TPA but that's the only good thing.

My partner and I moved down to St Pete in September from Orlando and immediately fell in love with Axio property. It’s close to everything, extremely well maintained and has so many new things being built around it. We’ve loved living here. The staff is amazing, particularly Amanda and Eva. They are always extremely friendly and so personable and truly make the effort to engage with the residents! This company is lucky to have them, they are both truly stellar! This has been a great move for us and we love this complex. Anytime anything needs maintenance they’ve been quick to fix everything in a super timely manner! Thank you!!

nice units and well maintained amenities. unfortunately, the fire alarm tends to go off at night, all night. and with the surrounding construction not scheduled to complete until June 2024, you won't be catching up on sleep after 6am. again, nice apartment, friendly staff, just a terrible location at the moment.

I currently a staying here and it has been great. Everyone in the office is very friendly and they do their best to accommodate you. The are plenty of things you can do here, swim, gym, video games, play pool, hang out, have parties, have business meetings, etc. They even have events and food trucks come by. There is construction going on around here too which gives me more things to look forward to once they’re finished. I can’t wait to see what’s to come.

Was honest after my tour and told them we had 3 cats, not 2. Told them we would be willing to pay a 3rd pet fee. They told us that they couldn’t break the 2 pet rule because if they did it for me they would have to do it for others. While we were touring I saw someone with 2 shepherds that were MORE THAN 50lbs which the policy states!!! Also saw another woman with a large dog that was clearly over 50lbs. Appears they only bend rules for certain people…
