Ryan was great! My experience started off a little rocky after someone who was filling in was supposed to order a side mirror after it was shattered, and never did. I came in today to finally get my side mirror put back on. They were quick- less than 30 minutes- and even fixed another minor issue for me while they had my car, which they didn’t have to do. What started off as a negative experience was turned into a very positive one thanks to Ryan.

I had such a good experience despite being in a crappy situation (my vehicle was hit my a semi-truck). Michael made the entire process so easy. He was very professional, kept me updated along the way, and gave me a 5-star experience. I would definitely recommend taking your vehicle here if you want an exemplary experience. My vehicle looks good as new! Ask for Michael and he will take care of you! Thank you!

AutoNation Collision Center did an outstanding job repairing my 2015 explorer. VICTORIA was a superb associate who kept me completely informed and went above and beyond to ensure my vehicle was totally repaired. She is a definite asset to your organization and I would not hesitate to recommend her or to call on her for any future needs. She is the best.

Great experience! Repairs look great! I was kept informed throughout the process. Michael Mitchell was excellent and called often letting me know what was going on. Highly recommend.

Stay away from this place, i took my 4runner for a minor repair they kept it for a week and a half and when i go to pick it up they try to give me my key all bent. One of their employees had bent it and they refuse to fix it. I asked them who bent it and they refuse to give me an answer. If your insurance is taking you to this place just get the quote from them and go do the repair someplace else to avoid any headaches with these people especially jackie, she doesnt care if they break something in your car she will try to make you pay for it still. Horrible place.

This is the worst experience I have ever had. They lied to my face several times. The first lie was told within the first 5 minutes when I asked if they were preferred vendors for USAA and they told me they were. Only to have USAA call me and confirm that they are NOT preferred vendors.
I was eventually personally billed by my rental car company because Autonation had NOT communicated that the car was still under repairs to USAA and I have paid out close to $1,000 for that mistake by now.
When I called into Autonation to fix the completion date of my car, Peter was so nice and told me "If they call and bug you again just tell them it's still not ready" that answer is UNACCEPTABLE. I let him know that this would not be okay and that I need the completion date updated and he refused.
I finally went into Autonation to pick up my car and Mike the estimator and Sherry both told me they would not release my car until they have been paid by USAA even if I couldn't afford my rental and had to walk. I was asked to call USAA myself to help them get paid, only to find out, they HAD been paid 3 separate times totaling 9.5k. Mike told me that he had all my invoices submitted, but when I got him on the phone with my adjuster, he back tracked and said that he hadn't even submitted the final invoice yet and I would still need to wait for the SMALL final invoice to be paid until they would give me my car back even though it is COMPLETED.
In the future, I would rather scrap the car, sell the car, abandon the car, fix the car myself, or give it to a distant cousin I hate rather than let them get their unethical, deceiving, manipulative hands on another vehicle of mine.

I was in an accident and had significant body damage to my truck. Johnny was my technician. Due to demand, I wasn't able to get an appointment for 2 months from time of my accident. As well, due to supply chain issues, the body work took almost 4 months. All of that aside, they did great work and Johnny did his best to communicate with me during repairs. I am very satisfied with my repairs now that it is all done.Services: Painting

First, the Service Advisor never checked for availability of the rear bumper when I originally got the damage estimate to fix the rear end on my Cadillac XTS after an accident. My insurance company made me take the car there. It came as a surprise when there was almost a work week delay after they tore the car apart because the bumper wasn't available. Secondly, while they had the car, they managed to crack the Driver Information Center display in the center of the dash. Per the Cadillac dealer this is another $1,200 of damage they have caused. I made the Service Advisor and the Collision Center Manager aware of the damage when I picked the car up. The Manager said they would take care of it and would call me. I received no calls. My subsequent phone calls were not returned. I physically went there and tried to see her to personally follow-up, but she was "unavailable". So, I left a note with my contact information and again no phone calls. So, don't get work done there. They seem to be poor at planning the repair and they won't stand behind their service or lack thereof.Services: Painting

My accident accrued in September, they couldn't get me in till December 5th, said it would be done in 17 days, needless to say it took 3 month to get it right, yes after, mistake and other mistake and another mistake, they did get it right, i got USAA involved to make sure it was actually done correct. and after 3 months it was done right and they covered my rent a car. So if your willing to wait and wait to get your car or truck back, it will happen and be done right the last time. I would go there...otherwise.......Services: Painting
