She was very quick to reply, is very knowledgeable, friendly, professional, and truly above and beyond. Answered my questions before I even had to ask, and made sure everything looked right and walked me through everything. I felt very comfortable with her and confident in her to set up our insurance. If you need to contact Allstate, you’ve definitely got to talk to Erna!
