Would certainly recommend Aura to anyone looking in north St. Pete. I have lived in a handful of complexes in this area, and Aura is top of the list. It isn’t an extremely new complex, but it is clean, safe, and well-kept.
AJ and the entire team have been extremely easy to work with and accommodative. This stands out to me relative to other comparable complexes.

AJ was wonderful and worked so hard to get us in our new home quick. The Corporate office on the other hand needs to change the way they communicate. We needed a corporate lease and the corporate office had no way to contact them so our company could get things done. If it wasn’t for AJ being so understanding and helpful we definitely would have went somewhere else.

I have lived here for a total of three years and love every year of it. If I could stay longer I would have. This apartment complex is in a ideal location. The apartment itself is nice, modern, and comfy. The management team is very responsive and helpful. A1 management team for sure. Gym and pool got everything thing you need. Plus they have good food trucks. I will miss living here for sure.

This is the first apartment I lived at when I first moved to Florida and so glad that I did. I lived here for about 3 years and can say with full confidence that this is such amazing place. The staff are amazing and are very responsive. Maintenance is always on time and ready to fix any problems you throw at them. They even teach you ways on how to fix certain issues yourself. It feels like they care about you as an individual and will help out on the smallest of things. They have a great pool and workout facility (you don't even need to get a gym membership). I cannot recommend living here more! Only reason I left was due to personal reasons.

I have been a resident over 2 years I have enjoyed my stay. The staff Ashley, Tony and Ron are the best they handle all of our needs with the up most repect. This is an upscale complex that is well maintained.

We've lived here for just over 2 months now and absolutely love it. Jess and AJ in the office have been great from the start. They are super responsive to any kind of questions and issues. Maintenance has been quick and efficient as well. All of the amenities are top notch and we'll maintained. Would highly recommend this complex.

A nice new experience!
I just moved to Aura @ 4th a few days ago. I love the staff I worked with so far, Jessica and Bryan, who were very professional, friendly and cheerful. Upon request, they immediately assisted me with my requests, going beyond my expectations. The only concern I have is the garage that was promised which was right across my apartment was not available at my arrival, but another was provided in its place at the far end of the complex. I was promised that the next available garage closer to me will be given to me. Otherwise, I did immediately receive attention from the staff, including AJ, who assisted as well.
I am hoping the above issue will resolve soon. So far, I like the staff, especially Jessica who covered my move-in, the clean complex and the peaceful environment.
I appreciate very much this opportunity for the review.

I showed up at the Aura’s doorstep after road-tripping from Colorado and they did everything to take the stress out of my moving situation. The neighborhood seems very safe and only ten minutes from downtown, but the apartments are hundreds of dollars less a month than you’ll find in that area. Thank you to AJ and Jessica for all of your help through this process!

AJ and Jessica have been incredible as managers of Aura. Customer service is a priority and they have been willing to assist in anyway we needed, keeping things easy, and showing they cared about us a people. John our maintenance guy has been there immediately even when having to call on the weekend for an emergency. I also think the property is kept pristine and is so quiet it feels like home for me. Jen

AJ the Leasing Manager was amazing and very helpful throughout the full transition, making everything easy and exciting.
