“Such a warm environment! My husband and I booked a date night with zero clay/pottery experience. It was awesome! Liv was an amazing instructor and we felt very comfortable in her class. The group was intimate and fun, but also so informative. Would 100% recommend taking a class/date night.”

“This place is well-run and so cool. I know they host all kinds of events and are also rented out for a ton more. I have set up my Photo Booth for two different galas for a non-profit. The security and party planner staff are so helpful and respectful. I have seen the staff out at markets because they announced on their social media. They are so community-minded and I love it. It’s right downtown with its own parking garage so parking is no problem. I highly recommend this museum.”

“After getting a ticket for the museum. We were told a glass-blowing demonstration was included and this was how I ended up here. That made my day. The studio has a store connecting to it. The store is worth checking out. The prices are not bad and you find different sizes of artwork. It is so beautiful here. So much talent all around.
The glass-blowing demonstration was very good. I found it educational. It is right next to the shop. The room is not air-conditioned and so it's hot. They do have a fan running inside. The demo was good and not so long. I wish they sold drinks there lol. It was cool to watch them create beautiful things. I enjoyed my time here.
The are a a few parking garages and street parking. The studio has limited parking in the front.”

“I love this place! I got my favorite cross I've ever had from here and a plethora of different beaded jewelry. What I really like about this store is that they fix your bracelets that you buy from their store when they break for free, I always tip. This is my go-to for any accessories! ??”

“Came here for a wonderful exhibit by our friend Babette. Her unusual creations from small to large have been popular as gifts for friends. Her choice of colors is wonderful: Muted tones of otherwise primary colors.”

“Staff is always great.

Purchased a kaleidoscope from one of their artists. No complaints and it is sitting beautifully next to my collection.

I believe this is the 3rd piece I have bought from this shop on my bi-yearly trips.”

“I checked out SaltLight ART today after I was thrift shopping. This place is great for gifts, and cute classy hippie styles. I didn't intend on shopping really just came into browse and found several things I really enjoyed. The gal working today might have been the sweetest, and the best customer service I've had in a long time. I also heard her mention that the owner is a local artist and hand makes the jewelry sold in the store, so I had to get a necklace. Great prices on jeans and tops. Definitely check out!”

“There is no negating that this museum is stunning! I absolutely love colored glass and I was mesmerized! I took my mother here for her birthday and she loved it, too. The collection is massive, and I was in awe on the beauty, size, and hard work that it took (there is a video you can watch) for Mr. Chihuly to create these wonders. I wish I could take one home. Speaking of taking one home, there is a gift shop at the end that you can purchase a small piece of colored glass. However, the prices are a bit high. One small red rose bud of glass was $40! The other thing is I wish the walkthrough was bigger. We were in and out of the museum in under 1 hour. Yes, you can stay longer and take even more photos, but we did want to see the live glass blowing demonstration. We ultimately, couldn't stay for the live glass blowing demonstration sadly because it was lunch time and we had other plans that we weren't going to return to St. Pete the same day. The live glass blowing demonstration is almost every hour the same day that is included with your admission ticket. Parking was difficult especially since I had to find a handicap spot.”

“I visited the Crislip Cafe! They have some of the best snacks and bakery items I've ever tasted. They also make THE BEST CHAI TEA LATTE IN ST. PETE!☕️? Pay them a visit and then slide on over to the shop located on the other side of the cafe for unique gift items by local artist. ✨️”

“La V Vietnamese Fusion
441 Central Ave St. Petersburg Fl.

The Vietnamese Spicy "Hue" Style Pho Bowl was AMAZING Best Broth I've Ever had. The Sizzling Crepe so Crispy. The only disappointment we thought was the price of the Boba Tea was very expensive @ $8.50 and wasn't that good. We will definitely revisit this Restaurant”

“My husband and I recently found ourselves making an unscheduled stop in St. Petersburg, FL for a day. We had just arrived from Chicago late the previous night. We didn't know anything about St. Petersburg, but figured the Visitors Center was the best place to begin. We were not disappointed! The staff was very welcoming, even offering to place our luggage in a secure spot. We were advised to take the tour bus around the city to get oriented. We did take the bus, but also did quite a bit of walking as the weather was beautiful. We took in the sights at The St. Pete Pier, and had a wonderful meal at Fresco's Waterfront Bistro. Many thanks to Shelli, Visitors Center manager, for helping us make the most of our brief time in St. Petersburg. So many things to see and do there. We wish we could've stayed longer!”

“Absolutely amazing antiques store near downtown St. Petersburg in Florida. This store has two floors and an elevator or stairs. This store is huge! The staff was very welcoming and friendly. There is a little bit of everything you can think of here. Prices seem reasonable. The store is clean and inviting. Some of the vendors were there, talking with customers about the merchandise. It's great to hear the history behind a vintage item that you are interested in purchasing. Overall, we enjoyed our visit, and we will be back.”

“Today my husband and I went to Hess Fine Art in St Petersburg. We had two oil paintings from around 1810 to ask questions about. The staff were so very friendly and welcoming. Mr Hess and Daniel were absolutely brilliant in finding out information about the paintings. We learned a lot and had a lot of questions answered. We recommend them to anyone needing their expert advice or have questions about the value of some items.”
