My vehicle was scratched on the passenger side! I was quoted 190.00 over the phone after calling over 6 times!! When my son arrived to pick up my vehicle. He was charged 204.15

Almost nobody at the place you can talk to about your car. Very unprofessional, if you get towed pray it wasnt here ?.
