Elizabeth totally saved me!!! I was stranded without my wallet, almost no fuel, and no Apple Pay. But she told me the 7-11 app can pay directly for gas, she showed me how to do it and it worked perfectly. 10/10 customer service

Came here for emergency gas en route to Tampa as I was running low. Went to 3 different pumps...nothing worked. No bags on the pumps to let anyone know there were issues. I go inside. They let me know "oh yea some of the pumps are apparently out of gas but the ones in the back have premium so you're good there. I go try 3 more pumps in the back. NOTHING. I go back inside...ask them if they're punking me. Then I get "oh so yea they have gas but the pumps don't work" WHY IN THE WORLD WOULD YOU NOT LEAD WITH THAT? I've never been more frustrated by a Florida simpleton in my life. To the young girl behind the counter moonlighting as Justin Bieber: take a free course on critical thinking somewhere online for the love of God. I used to come here CONSTANTLY. Now, out of principle, I will never return. What a joke this place is.

This gas station is an UNSAFE disaster. I went this morning and half the pumps were labeled not working. I went to one that was not labeled this way… it did not pump gas, tried again, same but then entire gas pump handle and hose FELL ON TOP OF ME OFF THE PUMP. I literally had it collapse on me. Pump #5. I pressed the intercom for help, no answer. I googled map searched for the phone number and the number was non functional. I was in a rush and left (there was no gas leak since the pump didn’t work anyways). This gas station is literally unsafe to use. Fix this before someone gets hurt!! This is crazy.
I wish I’d taken a photo. There were so many pumps not working around I could have gotten that and the hose on the ground in one pic.

My goto 7/11 the staff is usually pretty cool and the gas rewards program is easy to use. They always have weird snack options and fun things to try. The store is usually clean and a bit busy so expect to wait in line.

inside store is great and fully stocked for people crossing bridge or going to beach. the pumps can be slow and often not take credit

It's a clean store but half of the gas pumps do not work. Some have bags over the nozzles and others have a credit card picture with an x through it on the screen. Some just stall out. It's beyond annoying to have to go pump to pump just to find one that works. This is not a one-time occurrence. I've had trouble getting gas here multiple times. It seems to be the norm.

Manager on duty refused to honor the price on the sign because its an old deal. Sign next to the main road and they threw away the food and the drink anyway after I walked out anyways. Sad day for the egg rolls..
