This is by far the worst Walmart, and that’s saying something. I came here 3 different times to return items, every time Customer service was closed. I don’t understand how the people that work there don’t know the hours. I also don’t understand how you can open/close Customer service 4-6 hours after/before the main store hours when customers are shopping- buying your expired yogurts, clothes with stains, and defective toys. Kind of goes against the whole “customer service” thing don’t you think?

This Walmart changed so much since we first moved here 10 years ago. Now It went down the drain, it's so crowded and employees are rude, ignorant DOESN'T SPEAK A WORD OF ENGLISH! ?? Can't get any help because they don't understand. WTH... We live in the USA! Not everyone can speaks Spanish. Learn to speak English!!!!! Walmart you need to hire people that can speak English, STOP hiring your aunties, Uncles, brother and sisters that doesn't understand a word of English! So frustrating and annoying! ?

I placed an order over 24 hours in advance, just like the website said. I was trying to feed an entire varsity baseball team and coaches, with three large platters. Got to the store on time, only to find out they never even looked at my order to fulfill it! I tried calling this morning to make sure everything was still going to be on time, and apparently, when you press seven to get to the deli, don’t expect to talk to anybody because there’s no phone there anymore! Apparently all calls get sent to the pharmacy, even if you’re trying to get in touch with customer service! This place is an absolute disgrace. It is so sad how terrible this store has gotten.and now I have to figure out how to feed an entire baseball team in 30 minutes. The picture is to show my two order forms that were taken out of their disgusting binder, to prove that I made the orders and that they did not do their job to fulfill that order. I wish I could do zero stars!

Pick up orders are being a mess. Had to wait almost an hour to get a fee bags out. Cars that came after me get their stuff first and they claiming they were busy.

I think the male employee in the Deli department on 7/3/2024 was having a bad day or I just didn’t like him for some unknown reason. You could tell how nice, helpful and polite he was with the prior and after (American looking customers), he gave both of them options on thickness cuts, sample, taste, greet, offer more products, he could be the employee of the month! My experience was like… How can i help you? Cut my ham at his desired thickness, and he goes…. Next customer! I said thank you and he goes… uhumm! Funny thing is that he was hispanic too, I heard him speaking with a Newyorican accent. If he only knew that I am a disabled Veteran and that I gave my life for him, he probably could treat me better.

Unopened boxes all around the store
Out of stock on 25 things on my shopping list
Customer service is non existent
Bathrooms are disgusting
I can go on and on, this store gets a negative 10 stars (if possible)
Won’t be back there….
Plenty of other places available to shop (in town)
