This pharmacy has really gone down hill the two girls they have there today 7/16 9:30am are rude and also not efficient. This is the second time I deal with these girls. First my medication was there and they did not bother to look it up thoroughly, the pharmacist stepped in and after 20 mins of frustration realized the meds were there. No apology for their rudeness or lack of effort. Today the Walgreens of canoe creek had my mothers Rxs and and hundred creek as well and they refused to call them to have them transferred over. I called the Dr and they to said they don’t understand why they can’t do this. Horrible attitudes and no compassion for healthcare they should be booted out

Would give clinic no stars. Made an appointment for 3:00 pm . When, I arrived the person behind the desk informed me that"This no longer a walk -in clinic ".She has my phone number right in front of her .They could have called me at any time .When your not feeling well that's the last thing you want to hear . Can't do better than this don't bother.

Bad customer service, I arrived with the prescription and the health center sent it electronically, when they assisted me to pick up the medicine they told me that they did not have anything in the system and that it was my obligation to go to the office to get a new prescription, When I went to the office they showed me the email they had sent them and they did not check it. Now I'm calling on the phone and I had 30 minutes on hold for an auto attendant and they hung up on me.

Called to get an update on prescription, kept picking up and putting me on hold for 10 mins. Then hung up on me and they were closed. If you don't want to work til 8pm, then change your hours to 7:30pm.

Terrible customer service. One of our prescriptions for our daughter leaked half the bottle on the way home. I've called 4 times. I sit on hold and they eventually pick up and hang up on me.

The worst Walgreens in Florida. Over the course of a few months I have dreaded trips to this specific Walgreens has been unpleasant in every way. Inside- you will be waiting a minimum of 3 full minutes before someone acknowledges you and finally rings you out. Bathrooms- dirty. I don’t need to say much just completely forgotten about. Pharmacy- ridiculous wait times. Had me waiting almost 6 hours to tell me the script they said would be ready can’t be found and I need to drive all the way to Narcoosse if I want to get my sick toddler his medication. But they can’t call to verify they have it, so you gotta do the grunt work to fix their issues. The whole place is a hot mess. Replace the management, I’ve never had a Walgreens so terrible.

Horrible experience the older women that works nights I think her name is Mildred is rude and very unprofessional and condescending needs training on customer service she speaks down to the other women that work with her in front of customers it is ridiculous how someone can work with such an attitude and lack of professionalism won’t be stepping in this store this women needs to learn and redo her training I wish I can give this store a zero star she needs to be fired for how rude she is especially to those who come a spend they hard earned money
