I gave this place 1 star so i can write a review but they don’t deserve not even one star.I lived in Saint cloud for 21 years in those years the post office was a great place. But recently they have new employees that are so rude and so not costumer service oriented that is a shame how they hire people not capable to do so.
I know my package was delay in revenge for complaining ! but that don't hurt me it will hurt the post office because what one saw one ripped.What goes around comes around.I hope this review help them improve their service. At the end bad service will always close a business.

The clerk manny was absolutely disrespectful and afford zero to no help towards customers. A person like that should not be working at a place that is about providing great customer service.

I live in Pennsylvania. Mailed a birthday card May 15th to a family member in St Cloud how horrible, I just got it back today May 28th undeliverable. Geez just put in the the mailbox of the address I wrote on the card. I just double checked address and it's perfect no mistakes at all! Thanks a lot for not being able to read what's the problem there??? It was a special card now all beat up from all the handling.

I used a Priority Mail label, which the top portion was cut out to use for my box. the black postman at the counter with an attitude told me," I am assuming this is not a priority mail box." I answered, correct. He told me that next time, write the information on the box. We dont have enough priority labels! As much money we pay the U.S. postal service their broke.....?

Have a package key#12 stuck in the Post Locker #69463. Staying without my package and have to wait till they get back to me. I believe each key should be tried before leaving any package in the box.. Called maintenance.

I guess Im a Lucky One. I have been using this Post Office location for a few years. Never had a problem with any of the services, including a PO box were I receive my VA med's and other parcel.
Keep up with the good work, and if there is a bad apple then re-train, we are just humans after all.

5 stars for Mr. Richard Hernández who visits the Camelot community. Excellent worker, always smiling, very pleasant and the most thing the community likes is receiving letters and packages in the morning, not at three in the afternoon. Ricard makes the difference in a job of excellence. I hope that his superiors value him and recognize the performance of his work. Much success and blessings!!!!

Rude unprofessional people working there. Apparently there is 2 lines, one for sending packages and the other for inquiries. Had no clue there were 2 lines, especially if I’ve been there a few times so that was a first for me. There are no signs indicating 2 lines and what for. Apparently there was a sign for inquiries but it was small and hanging from the ceiling which you barely notice unless someone points it out. The rude chick told me about it like if I was suppose to know that. Hate going to that post office because every time I go, l leave upset. All those employees need to be replaced with better people.

Short, black, dude name Eli.. there are people in line he’s chitchatting away, not even paying attention to anything going on or helping and had the audacity to have an attitude and insulting the customers in the store..
he wouldn’t dare to act like that outside Clearly, this man has no customer service clearly has no awareness was going on. Clearly he has no people skills. Don’t put him in the front put that man in the warehouse. Keep him away from your customers, I’m sure you can find someone better to hire.. he’s going to pick the wrong one soon he better hope it’s not me..

Absolutely terrible delivery service! Come home to find out my package was cut into, and damaged $45 dollar product because someone decided to look into one of my packages. Great employees you have working for you….

My lesson. Ask before you pay, to avoid being overcharged at the post office.
The counter clerk charged me $1.70 for a 2 ounce first class letter.
After I got my receipt i asked about the charge. The clerk told me a 2 ounce letter cost two first class stamps.
When I checked the internet I discovered that was not true. The 2nd ounce is only 20 cents.

Terrible service. Helen was the staff who served us. Grumpy face and sounds means and abrupt. She should not be working in customer service!

Tahina was so rude. She slammed tape down in front of us. The customer service isn’t good in this place. Not only do you have to buy your own tape, they slam it down in front of you. Im using staples next door. I won’t be back!
