This office is completely uncustomer friendly. The postman would not let my wife sign for my package. Any household member 18 or older is authorized to sign for a package, especially my wife. No excuse!

Don’t buy their shipping boxes can only be used once and then need to be thrown out. Great for the environment. All ready charge too much and inconvenience customers at every step of the process

We had my mail held for 5 weeks. At the end of this period they stuffed my mailbox (in my subdivision) to the gills with more than 100 pieces of mail, damaging many items. What would happen if I was away for a longer period? A better way to deliver large amount of held mail has to be found: for example, delivering it undamaged to the front door. That is what the PO does in NY.

After my package not being found.. and the mail lady did not located the package.. I decided to file a complaint and a claim with local post office.. the manager there was very helpful.. and when above and beyond to make sure it was located.. I’m very appreciative for her help and the carrier for all they did.

The costumer service it’s grate love the counter service but I been paying for a P.O. Box for 6 years been trying to close the account but because I move out of state in a emergency back then they don’t want to cancel unless I go in person I pay a box I don’t use it at all and don’t have assets to it at all I can’t cancel by phone either and I live out the state

The Hispanic lady at front and Samuel are incredibly nice and attentive, big props to them! On the other hand Manny was extremely rude and nasty. Thank you to the other crew for making this a quick and helpful experience.

If there's a -100 star value, this particular USPS St. Cloud location will be earned. Over the Christmas holiday, I trusted this unprofessional group to deliver my precious Christmas presents to my family in Ohio. A month went by. Unfortunately, there is no sign of the package scanned anywhere other than the initial scan when I left the box at the St. Cloud USPS location. I had numerous interactions with the supervisor and manager. To my surprise, no rational explanation has been given, and no box has been found yet.
March 11, 2025: As a responsible consumer, I need to update the previous entry with a positive outcome that ended this horrible experience with the USPS on February 27th. The box was successfully delivered to the intended destination two months later, but better late than never. Thank you for recognizing the importance of my primary concern.

I gave this place 1 star so i can write a review but they don’t deserve not even one star.I lived in Saint cloud for 21 years in those years the post office was a great place. But recently they have new employees that are so rude and so not costumer service oriented that is a shame how they hire people not capable to do so.
I know my package was delay in revenge for complaining ! but that don't hurt me it will hurt the post office because what one saw one ripped.What goes around comes around.I hope this review help them improve their service. At the end bad service will always close a business.

The clerk manny was absolutely disrespectful and afford zero to no help towards customers. A person like that should not be working at a place that is about providing great customer service.
