I've been coming to the store and giving them my business for years. Everyone, both new and long-standing, there is courteous and accommodating. I’ve also seen situations in the store with other customers that they have handled with professionalism and respect despite the disrespect that they were given. The managers there have really come into their role and still help the front line when the store gets busy. In coordinates with How the employees are, the store is always clean and organized and tidied up more than other stores that I’ve seen.

I needed to return an Amazon package without a box. The item was about 44inches long. I know for sure UPS is able to package Amazon items especially something that size. They said they didn't have a box that size and wanted to charge me $74 to package it. I declined to pay it and left, called Amazon and returned. I told the other rep the issue I was having and she plainly told me they don't package items. I then decided to go to another UPS store. Not only did the other store have the box I needed, they charged me $18.80 total for the box and office supplies. A store that busy should be better stocked and have nicer and more knowledgeable employees.

Today I went to this place and I had a bad experience just because I didn't know how to speak English and the way they treated me I saw it in the form of racism. I will never go to that place again and a man who was there translated English for me to tell them I just wanted them to print some labels so I could send a package to SheIn for a return and they told me that they don't do that job and a man who was there told me that because they didn't want to serve me because they do provide that job there. In truth, I didn't like the way they looked at me at all. They treated me very badly. There were two employees, a white girl with light hair and a boy. They didn't want to serve me because I didn't speak English.

Gabby and jasmine are AMAZING! Customer service is awesome! The ups driver Austin also waited for my transaction to finish so my boxes when out today! Until you’ve been in and on the customer service side, you would not understand. Customers don’t give enough credit to the workers here and understand they are people too. Thank you again ladies??

Id like to start off by saying, you guys rock! Every time I come in, the energy is good, everyone’s got good banter, you guys are funny and your music is always great. I see a lot of the complaints you guys get and I personally don’t think it’s correct or a proper representation of what this store is really like. People complain about a lot stuff that doesn’t even matter, ignore them! I always get great service and I’ve been coming here even when the old owner was around. If you ask me, it’s more alive now. I feel like I’m home every time I come in. Keep rocking UPS store!

Awful service. Employee had a terrible attitude, was rude, and seemed bothered by my appearance in front of her. Snotty demeanor and cited ridiculous and overpriced policies set by management/ownership. Used to be a great place with great employees. Now it's abuse to ask them to help you. Go across the street to Staples. Not worth the abuse to patronize this business.
