Extremely happy with my experience recently purchased 4 tires for my daughters truck . She pulls a horse trailer and I wanted the best way possible to keep her safe. Everything was done on the phone with Karol he was very professional and thorough throughout the whole process.I don’t live in town but I would highly recommend anyone who lives in the St Cloud area to visit that location with any kind of Auto repair you will be pleased and make them your new home for service.

I moved here from Michigan in October. Was looking for a place to service the 3 vehicles I own. Took my Flex in for a oil change, clunk noise from the front end a exhaust leak, after diagnosis I was told I needed new struts, price was $1,300 to fix the clunk, $900 for the exhaust leak, and $77 for a oil change. I told them to fix the clunk with the struts, he calls back 3 hours later says that didn’t fix the problem it now needs a rack and pinion which they wanted $2,300 to replace. But then they told me if I did the rack and pinion they could take off the new struts and put on the old one that where obviously still good, or if i didn’t do the rack they couldn’t return the shocks needless to say I have new struts and the same clunk and I’m out $1,300. Then I figured I’d give them a chance to change the oil in my Murano! 2 days later oil all over my driveway, I climb under it it’s leaking from the loose oil filter! I tightened it up took it up to them and was told everything is tight don’t know where it’s coming from! I told you where it came from and I told them I tightened it up so it didn’t leak and blow my engine!!!! Needless to say I will never take a vehicle here again!! Oh and you can get an oil change, tire rotation and inspection at Kissellbeck, for the same price as a regular oil change at Tuffy!!! ? let’s add the mistakes this shop has made to my vehicles I took my Nissian Murano there for two oil changes first one they said I would be in need of in cabin air filter! No problem do them myself! Went out about a week later they never put my old one back in and broke my cabin air filter cover!! Sloppy work!!!! TAKE MY WORD WHEN I SAY GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!!! This place is a comeback waiting to happen due to lack of knowledge and quality of work!!!! If I could give them zero stars I would!!
