Recently purchased a 2024 chevy silverado 1500 custom. Starling Chevrolet had amazing service and a very friendly staff. Made purchasing my new vehicle easy and hassle-free. Would definitely recommend starling Chevrolet to my friends and family.

Juan Diaz was the preowned sales person we were connected with regarding a vehicle they had available online. He was very rude and condescending during two conversations we had with him. He insisted that he could not give us a quote unless we gave him a copy of our drivers license and tried to pressure us by saying they had two people there, waiting to buy the vehicle that we were calling about, I would not recommend dealing with this dealership at all

The truth is I would like not to give this rating, but it took almost 3 hours just to change the oil in my car, it is unacceptable, when in other places they do it in 30 minutes, all the customers today were angry just like me...so If you don't want to take 3 hours, go somewhere else.

Have used for multiple service calls in my Yukon from oil, tires, suspension replacement, etc. Had them fix a taillight along with a few other issues. They said it was multiple items that needed to be replaced for taillight and charged me over $500. Then when it continued to not work- they told me to bring it back in and want to charge me a $180 diagnostic fee to look at it again. An issue they already diagnosed and "fixed" for over $500! I am done with this business! Terrible business to try to charge a diagnostic fee for something you supposedly already fixed!?

This business is very unprofessional. Poor sales process and managerial experience, and very pre-judgmental. I've been reluctant to give such a review though after several consistent experiences, and other dealerships surpassing . I test drove a vehicle at other dealership with only a license. Mind you the same car. I was pressed for payment info just to see if I could afford the car. I was asked by the management "are you even gonna buy the car". Customers who spend cash on a vehicle want to know every detail and it seems as though they were frustrated that someone didn't just hop and sign for a car in two seconds. The environment is extremely pushy. The sad part is I kept getting asked if I was gonna buy a used car before I even test drove the car. In what world is this normal?I was told "I can't read you" by the salesmen. This let's you know they read and judge you regarding the potential sale. And to ask anyone for assistance while your "sales rep" is busy means no one will help you. Overall I felt extremely judged, and pushed to sign before understanding the customer. This is consistent with each of my shopping experiences. I was told I need a credit application just to sit in a car that I expressed interest in. Even after expressing a cash sale and proof of funds. They didn't didn't even want to two cars for me and made it a hassle. Mind you another dealership did all the above on first experience. Overall I'm certain that the car I do purchase will not be from this dealership nor any warranty claims. The hospitality was poor and very pre-judgmental. To argue with a salesman and managerial staff regarding eligibility to purchase, sit in, startup, test drive a used car (which is same price as new) is beyond embarrassing. Not a great feeling to buying a dream car. Thumbs down across multiple experiences. (Last year when I purchased a new car not from them for this reason, and again this year for same reasons)This is as kind as I can put this review.

I came to them on the 7th of November. After a little conversation with a young salesman, he asked to take a photocopy of my driver's license, which I refused. I offered him my name, phone number and email. Then he apparently went to talk to his boss who came and was quite rude. He asked me to leave and come back when I was ready to talk to them. I have worked in sales all my life and run three companies. I have never met another person like this. They didn't even find a car for me so why do they need all this information. They write on their website (A friendly team, and Professional service at every step of the way) haha, they do not live up to those expectations. I had a very negative reception that I don't think the management of this company would accept. This man would not be allowed to work for me. There are more car dealerships that would be happy to have my business. I am a good customer who does not like this kind of behavior. It's so funny the sales manager had already judged me.

7/14/2023I do not recommend buying from this dealer. i purchased a new vehicle from them in January after making a custom order on a new car. i was unsure if i was going to get my car that i had ordered, although hesitant to purchase, i was assured that they would "swap me out" if my new car came in, fast forward six months later, no phone calls or emails, i stopped in and was told my car was accepted for build, two weeks later after me making a phone call, i was told my car was built and on its way. car came in, i brought the vehicle i purchased in with only 500 miles on it, was given well below market value for trade as thats "the best" they could do. i took my new car, after i had to wait for them to bring it back into service to remove the shipping blocks they didnt remove, only to find out two days later, they listed my traded car in for almost 12k more than they gave me. total crooks, they will not be getting anymore of my buisness, i will gladly order the new truck from another dealer, and will drive over 30min away for service7/29/2023 I would like to update this review, not even one day after my initial post, i was contacted by my salesman and was asked to talk with the gsm (sales manager), i called and talked for a couple minutes where he came forward and told me they did not honor the original deal, told me the dollar amount i should have gotten, offered half so that i would take the review down, i came back with a fair offer, we agreed, he said he would get an answer for me withing a day or two, that was two weeks ago, i have contacted my salesman with no response, so basically they are not true to their word, i will be posting this across multiple platforms, and have already turned a few people away from going there to do business, THEY ADMITTED THEY DID WROND AND REFUSE TO MAKE IT RIGHT. STAY AWAY

This place is outrageously overpriced quoted me $706 to replace a coolant reservoir. The diagnostic was $174 and another $16 for "shop supplies" meaning a little bit of coolant. I saved $400 by going to another mechanic. Also for some reason they kept my car overnight for a simple diagnostic, without any kind of phone call to let me know and when you try to call to get a hold of them, no one is available. I will never return to this place again.Also a few months prior I had my gasket replaced and when I picked it up they didn't properly reattach the coolant hose. Found that out a few miles down the road when my car over heated and I had to call them from the side of the road. I spent over $3000 that day just for it to break down and almost completely destroy my engine.

Thes staff at Starling Buick is incredible. They are friendly, and informative. They were ready for my appointment and completed the service quickly. I had an additional concern that they addressed and updated me fully about how they handled the issue. The customer area is clean, bright, and comfortable. This is the second time that I experience this awesome service team. They are convenient to my home and I will continue to service our Buick as well as our non-Buick vehicle for regular maintenance. Thank you to the folks at Starling Buick in St Cloud!

Complete waste of time. Tuffy had to redo ALL of the repairs they did on my vehicle. No details of the repairs, no tour or talk through on the repairs, again... Complete waste of time and money.

This dealer ship is ridiculous and so unprofessional they did a oil change left the cap off oil spilled all over the engine another time they were supposed to do a oil change took out the oil had me drive off the lot with no oil left it dry and had to go through hoops to try to get them to fix it Kuz obviously running a car without oil would damage the engine stay away

Worst Customer Service!!! Never responds!!! I have a car rental company and they kept my paperwork for days causing me to lose hundreds of dollars!!!

Called me to tell me the car I wanted was available to come sign papers. I drove an hour to the dealership in St. Cloud when I got there they told me they sold it to another customer who was signing the papers as we speak. Sorry. Was all they could say. Very bad business practice. I would recommend not to shop here no integrity what so ever. You'll find better deals towards Orlando.
