“Went to Staples to sign up for TSA pass. Could not find it so ask an associate. They walked me half way to that location to be sure I could locate it. When done, that individual gave me a coupon. I looked around for something I might need, found it and had a very nice interaction with that new clerk.. Nice visit.”

“I've been coming to the store and giving them my business for years. Everyone, both new and long-standing, there is courteous and accommodating. I’ve also seen situations in the store with other customers that they have handled with professionalism and respect despite the disrespect that they were given. The managers there have really come into their role and still help the front line when the store gets busy. In coordinates with How the employees are, the store is always clean and organized and tidied up more than other stores that I’ve seen.”
