Update..... Had to take the truck to the Orange Ave location to have fixed correctly!!
They addressed all my concerns NOT just made excuses! Everything in this post is factual!
****BEWARE******
I had a gut feeling when I dropped my truck off to them, that is was gonna be bad!
From my first interaction with the front desk girl and her attitude, I should have just walked out. And drove off.
The first thing they do is make you sign a waiver stating they are not responsible for items left in your vehicle ( loose change, tools, iPods, ) well I feel like IF you can't trust your employees. I can't trust you!
Next they call me to pick up my truck and the gap between the front bumper and the top was so big that I could put my hand in it.
Excuse: it comes that way. I show a picture of the front of my truck prior to bringing it to them. 2nd excuse: oh it's an aftermarket bumper. Well sir if that bumper don't line up right then it's NOT the right one for this truck. His response: ok I can try to see if my guy and realign it to close the gap. That when Ford builds the truck it's a machine that holds the bumper and it's hard for him to align the bumper and tighten the bolts at the same time. Then maybe you should provide him with some help!
Wheel flares for the fenders. All four flares were a matte black that's how they came from Ford a matte black. They decided to spray the one that got scratched a glossy black. When I asked why would they spray that one a glossy black?
Excuse: mine are old in the gloss wore off and faded. I said no sir they all came a matte black because you're supposed to paint them to match the vehicle I chose to keep them a matte black to match the black accents of the truck.
Excuse: well I can't order your aftermarket parts. Excuse me? they came from ford.com and Ford installed them! Well I can take the truck back over and buff the gloss off.
I said don't worry about it I took my truck and I left and immediately called progressive! If you look at the pictures, the front quarter panel doesn't line up right with the headlight there's a gap. The bottom plastic pieces that connect to the chrome bumper are not aligned and installed right. The top of the fender panel that they replaced is not in line right.
Now mind you I went twice to pick up my truck. I went at 7:30 in the morning, that's when I found the Gap in the bumper, the headlight had some type of stuff on it that made it look cloudy, and I was missing some screws. So I left the truck, and went to work, he told me they'd go over everything and make sure that it was perfect and call me to pick it up this afternoon. They called me approximately 2:30 and told me the truck was again ready to be picked up. I rush home to pick up my truck because they close at 5:30. Get there just in time only to find everything in the pictures.
Listen long story short whether it's a personal repair or an insurance repair. Do yourself a favor and find another body shop! Maybe someone that pays attention to details! One that if something is not done correctly will own up to it. Not try to give you excuse after excuse. Maybe one that trusts their employees. Listen I pump shit for a living, so I know that shit happens, but damn it if it's messed up own it!
I would NEVER recommend this body shop to any of my friends or family!!! And Highly recommend that you don't either!???

It's been a year since I got my car fixed here. During the service, they lost my key fob and said they would replace it, but they never did, even after I called for months after the repairs, begging them for it. Each time I called, Marc said they ordered it, and it was on the way, but after calling many times inquiring about the key, I gave up and accepted that I would never get a replacement key.
They also extended the time to fix my car MULTIPLE times, which I know can be expected, but this was extensive, especially since when I asked how the car was coming along, they said it was almost done every time. When I came to see the vehicle in person, it looked nearly worse than when I had dropped it off. Clearly, they were telling me it was almost done and didn't expect me actually to look at it in person and hoped I would just continue taking their word for it each time they told me it was almost ready.
I kept in touch with Marc, checking in with him multiple days out of the week during the entire repair process (almost a month and a half), who promised it would be done on a specific day and was almost ready to pick up on the day he said it would be done. I came to pick it up that day, only to be told it wasn't ready and they would need extra time.
Due to the repeated delays in the repair, the insurance coverage for the rental car was exceeded, resulting in additional costs. Marc had assured me that he would cover some of these extra charges, but this was never fulfilled.
Overall, I'm incredibly dissatisfied with the service I received here and do not recommend it to anyone.

I will not use their services in the future. In my opinion they are neither forthright nor ethical. We had a disagreement and the person told me to read the fine print which explained their policies. When they could not show me anything in writing I asked for an adjustment which they refused. Basically they told me if I wanted my car back to pay the higher amount.
Find another shop because there are too many better options for auto body repair in the area.

Everyone was very polite and good follow up after I dropped my car off to get fixed from a small accident. The body repair was very professional and the paint is the perfect match. HOWEVER, my lighting system is messed up. I have customized headlights, fog lights and running daytime lights that I notified the tech the day I dropped off my vehicle. The lighting system was installed by a pro technician 2 years ago and it worked perfectly fine till I picked up my car. I tried to explain the tech before the small accident it worked perfectly fine and something mighta happened when they removed the front bumper as i know the lighting conexión were inside the bumper. Obviously the bumper was removed to be fixed or replaced so definitely something got moved messed up but the tech said all they did is to unplug and plug the headlights and that he recommended a relay. The relay it’s there it’s just hidden. Anyways it’s been over a month and I’m still having issues with my lights turning off and on anytime. It’s annoying because I don’t really have time to get it fixed and I know my insurance have paid almost $4k for a small accident that didn’t fixed my problem. - Luis Fuentes.

These people will rip you off by adding unnecessary jobs to your bill and adding more time to it to increase your bill. Went to have an estimate for one fender replacement. They wanted $3300. After looking at the estimate the where charging to take my hood and bumper off along with the headlight. Took it somewhere else and first question I asked was do you need to take the hood and bumper off. He laughed and said no it's just the fender. And price was $1500.

These people only know one way to do things, the right way. From the front desk to Manny my service representative, everyone was pleasant and helpful. The work was exceptional and as someone who use to service bodyshops,I know good work. Paint was flawless. Hope I never need body work again but if I do I'll go to Classic Collision
