Everytime I come here it’s an issue with communication, appointments, & part orders.Lauren is very unprofessional, does not answer simple questions, and is just rude.I will not be returning here after so many issues with customer service with her.I hope this location gets things fixed with the front desk, it used to be an amazing location.

Great and quick oil changes. Getting anything else is a nightmare if anyone else is there. It took ten minutes to change my oil. they then asked if I wanted my air filters changed and I agreed. They then moved me to the back of the line and I waited over thirty minutes to get a service they sold me on. And there were only two other customers, all arriving after my oil change was finished. Never once did they inform me of what they as going on or that it would take a long time. It's a new car, they even told me everything was fine with it but to move someone to the back of the line because they want a five minute addon that you recommended?

I’m was visiting from Texas and discovered an object in my tire. I have a National Protection road hazard warranty through my local Ford Dealer. I was turned away and they told me to try the Ford dealer in Kissimmee. Service desert here and pass the buck game. Don’t waste your time.

I called ahead to ask if they could flush and change the transmission fluid for my 2012 Cadillac CTS 6 Speed automatic transmission 3.6 L V6. I was quoted reasonable price and go down there to have my car serviced the next day. I was told by the service person that they would have to check if they could perform that. They pull my car in and rapidly pulled it back out within five minutes. I was then told that they can't work on that transmission to change the fluid because I drive a CVT transmission. So I wanted to clarify with him and the mechanic that they're telling me that my car has a CVT transmission. After a few direct questions to the mechanic he backtracks lightly and then told me that I may have a sealed transmission which the fluid can't be changed. Both things I know are Grievous wrong errors. The Cadillac CTS V6 does not come in a CVT transmission. Nor is my transmission a sealed transmission. Even if they hadn't said no I would never let them touch my vehicle after this interaction.

I dont even own a ford. I have Acuras and they keep my car maintained with oil changes and maintenance.

I've never had an issue at this location. Very honest workers and I never really have to wait that long! I always go for my oil changes :)
