So tired of the low quality service and products produced by the sandwich area of the deli. Order number 235-8801. My veggie wrap was overwhelmingly fill with dressing and hummus as well as being overfilled with chopped veggies. The wrap weighed 3lbs, was wrapped in 6 sheets of deli paper, and falling apart soggy after a 5 minute car ride because I live near the store. When I got it finally unwrapped, it had already sloughed open through the wrap from the excess of dressing, and was not only unappealing to eat, but was super sauced and just not palatable at that point. Not the first time I've had a bad experience with the Publix sub area, and sadly now, it will be my last. I blame it on poor training, a lack of urgency in customer service, lack of professionalism, and lack of pride in one's work.

It’s getting too long to get medications, even if it’s a stat drug, often 2-4 days to get them

I should have got a riding cart the other day. By the time I finished shopping I was in a lot pain from my bad back. Everyone was so nice there. However when I got up to the register I met an angel. The bagger got my groceries out of the cart for me. This was such a relief because I didn't think I could bend any more. He let me push the cart to my car because it helped me make it there. Then he loaded the groceries in my car. He was so sweet and caring. I wish I got his name. He is an awesome employee and person. I will be back to the store because of him. Thank you so much!!!!

Most of the time the ladies are helpful and knowledgeable. The pharmacists could use a little customer service training but the staff are usually very pleasant to speak with.

I and my family, have used Publix for our groceries forever. As Floridians we supported this Florida business. After learning the racist bigotry of your CEO by supporting the insurrection, we will never walk into a Publix again. Never ever again.

I love store, but the quality, or should I say ability of the sub makers has dropped to where I cant even order a wrap over the phone without hearing the unsure voice of a person who does not know what they are doing. "I dont think I can get all that in a wrap". The Greek wrap with lettuce, tomato, olives, spinach, a few jalapeño and a few banana peppers.

Used to love this Publix. We use the (quite overpriced) pickup option most of the time but decided to go in to grab 2 items. One of the items was out of stock (understandable)- my issue was that they weren't enforcing the mask mandate for patrons OR their staff. The one way stickers for rows have been removed so it's a free for all. We won't be back inside until the safety issues are addressed.

Today I was in Publix in Indian Harbour and there was an employee there of Instacart going down the wrong isles the wrong way with no mask sweating profusely and breathing all over everything and everyone. His name is Jason Cohen he doesn't care about people all he cares about is Instacart order as far as that goes Publix is just the same because they employ them. I shouldn't have risk my life buying groceries at Publix, that's not right you need to follow the CDC guidelines and everyone in your employee needs to wear a mask. There is no telling how many people Jason Cohen infected this morning. He said he was a symptomatic. That means you have the coronavirus and you can spread it. That is negligence on Publix part and his part.
