I was in today and have never had the helpful service that I received today. Catherine was so kind and helpful. She took the time to go over all of my prescriptions and answered all the questions I had. She’s the best in the pharmacy. Thank you, Catherine. I hope they give you a promotion.

I never leave reviews from pharmacy because I know how crazy it is to work there. But I have received absolutely no help from the pharmacist who works here when they implemented a random rule about not being able to take telehealth prescriptions. This is a store policy and not even a federal or state rule. Just a random store policy implemented that has made it impossible to fill my medication. I didn’t even get a courtesy one time fill! I’ve never in my life seen a less helpful healthcare practitioner.

I just had one of the best experiences I’ve ever had at a Publix & it’s all thanks to Roger. I’m 37 weeks pregnant shopping with a toddler by myself & he went above & beyond from bagging my groceries to loading my entire car while I got my toddler into her car seat. He definitely made my shopping trip (that I was absolutely dreading) SO much easier & I’m extremely thankful for people like him. 10/10

don’t understand all the negative reviews. been picking up my prescriptions here for years and never had any issues. all the staff there is extremely friendly! including brianna :-)

It has been 3 days and I cannot get a prescription filled. Each day I am given a task that must be completed by me the patient to get a prescription filled. Nothing is passed over from day-to-day from pharmacist to pharmacist. No follow up no follow through. Extremely poor

I was standing on line waiting to pick up my meds, I waited patiently for someone to come.A lady goes to the drop off … I hear I will rite with you … which I didn’t get! And she she got attended first!She is just as bad as the Pharmacist that was attending her …. She didn’t even say oh the lady at pick up was there first!And I must say this is a first at any Publix I’ve been too.Thank you David.

I always have above and beyond service at just about any Publix I walk into, which is the reason I would not grocery shop anywhere else. I just want to give some positive recognition to the girl in the deli who made my sub today. I believe her name was Charlene. Super friendly, genuine and very good at her job. She definitely loves what she does. It's very refreshing having this kind of service these days. Keep it up!
