After a HORRIBLE experience with CVS here in St Cloud, I was recommended this pharmacy. For the past 3 years that have been my family's pharmacist and I will never go elsewhere! The staff is always friendly. The pharmacist has gone ABOVE and BEYOND to make sure my kids have their medications. They deal with the insurance, ordering medications quickly, always refilling without me having to ask, getting prior auths handled for me AND THEY DELIVER STRAIGHT TO MY DOOR!!! What other local pharmacy does that? HIGHLY recommend to anyone in the St Cloud area.

Racist old bags that lie and need to retire, all of them suck, some of the most dumbest individuals I ever met. From the grey hair old lady at the counter to the old man Ken with the stuttering problem, you all need to take a class in customer services. Trust me you will walk out of this place feeling a little dumber.

For anyone wondering the staff our amazing they helped me get what I needed for my mom without even charging me. They are kind and amazing may God bless them all like they blessed me. I am truly grateful for them for helping me with what I needed for my mom she is doing a lot better thanks to there kindness.

I needed help with a urgent prescription. They didnt have all the ingredience and the prescription was too unspecific to produce but Ken went the extra mile to call the Phycisist to get the allowance for an alternative prescription so we could continue our journey and not to fly home with my family. Thanks, great job!

I’ve been waiting for a prescription for my prescription Friday aug 25 2023 to Monday aug 28 2023 I got there Monday today the 28th to pick up they told me the doctor made a mistake on the number I went to the doctors office it was correctly. I waited in the afternoon Monday and they still haven’t got my prescription for chronic diabetes. It’s very sad how the service is here.

This place has excellent customer service. They were able to answer my questions regarding medications. They also, we’re very friendly and professional when checking if they had certain hard to get medication in stock for my daughter.

I just recently started having to use Prescriptions Unlimited for an oral suspension cough syrup which is a compounded controlled substance. FAILED TO RETURN ORIGINAL RX..It has been two weeks since my drop off of the prescription from my primary care doctors urgent care office. I called to Ken the pharmacist on or about Monday of this week and was advised that the DEA number was missing on the prescription so I advised that they contact the prescriber to fix it. Much to my surprise I arrive to Prescriptions Unlimited to find out that they had done nothing with my prescription which was a controlled substance and necessary for my healing. While Prescriptions Unlimited is the only choice for a lot of people in Saint Cloud for compounding pharmacy. The staff proved to be inadequate unprofessional and in the absence of the owner not doing their job because two weeks later I am without my oral suspension controlled medication that I need. I Do not recommend Prescriptions Unlimited to those seeking compounding pharmacy work I would recommend the compound pharmacy of Saint cloud at the corner of Montana Avenue and 13th St. 34769.
