I decided to file a complaint and a claim with local post office.. the manager there was very helpful.. and when above and beyond to make sure it was located.. I’m very appreciative for her help and the carrier for all they did.”

“Best most professional store I've been to. The girl with purple hair, I believe her name is Melanie made my day. I went to the store, before that I was having a terrible day. All my boxes fell on the floor. She helped me pick up all of my boxes. She helped me process all items with shipment and sold me some boxes too. There was an Asian elder lady being so rude and inconsiderate towards the worker, while she was helping me. She (the customer) utilized derogatory remarks towards the girl with purple hair. Im surprised the Police was not called. The girl with purple hair, maintained her cool and took care of me. This worker deserves a raise. Thank you Melanie”

“Only four stars because it took me three days to get someone to answer the phone. Today Diana answered and was very helpful. I accidentally put the street address on a package that was one digit off and of course it didn’t get where it was supposed to go even though the tracking said it was delivered to a mailbox. Evidently there was no such street address. My question to Diana was where would it go from there. She took my name and phone number and said someone would investigate and call me back. Very shortly after Gary called me and they found the package and it was with the carrier with an accurate street number and would be delivered in about 10 mins. I called the recipient with the information and as we were speaking it was delivered. Kudos to Diana and Gary for a thorough job.Note: I was dealing with this from California and sincerely appreciate their timeliness.”

Even though there was a line, she noticed I needed help and kindly picked me out to assist right away. Lucy didn’t just process my return she walked me through the entire process with patience, professionalism, and a genuine smile. She made what could have been a stressful errand quick and easy. Employees like Lucy make all the difference. She was amazing and truly deserves recognition, a raise, and a promotion!”
