Place is a fly by night they groomed my dog forgot to brush his teeth, he felt a little warm when he came out plus his tale was cut very short and looked like it was dried to long I usually don't come here but my original place has no available. Staff is very unfriendly not welcoming at all. Just to let you know, they also tell you if your dog is not picked up within 30 minutes they will board the dog. I never seen a place like this. Don't go here

I’ve been getting my pups groomed here for about 2 years now and they do a fairly okay job. They said my dog may have an ear infection so I took her to the vet, paid almost $100 to be told she does not have an ear infection and it looks like her ears were not cleaned.They can be very judgmental and condescending.They only give you 30 minutes from when they call you to pick up your pet otherwise you get charged. You also don’t know when they’ll call you.You have to make an appointment but it’s first come first serve. If you show up at 8:00 on the dot you can still be 5th in line.Overall they do an okay job and their pricing is standard.

Went to reschedule an appointment for my dog that I had missed so I called back and was immediately denied of service and was treated with the upmost disrespect by Joanne! It was so bizarre!!!It was very unprofessional & rude of Joanne to speak to a potential customer that way. Over an appointment that I was simply trying to reschedule & was told I was wasting her time?!?!?I cant imagine how the pets there are treated especially when the staff there has a bad day & they can’t control their actions!! If you love tour pets..this place is not for you or your furry friend!!I really dont know how this place is even running!
