“Kelly and her staff are always there when I need them. They know me by face, name and voice. Kelly would give me advice on my last puppers when he was still alive, and he’d always love going with me to visit her (because he knew she’d love giving him a peanut butter puppy cookie for being such a good boy off leash, he’d walk in with me and do his sniffs of the staff and boop his nose on their leg or hand as his hello and go straight to the counter and pop his front paws on the counter to give Kelly a big ole smile and a small “oof”); and they are so helpful with me now when it comes to taking care of the horse since my mom’s passing a couple months ago- they know that I have some knowledge of rideable horses, but since my old lady hasn’t been rideable in many moons and doesn’t like many people messing with her (especially when it comes to halters; she loves to be groomed- but ONLY by me), she’s very skittish and scares easy. “Was at the store on Tuesday 4/2. As I was looking for my dog's food I was disappointed to see they only had the 14lb bag, which my dog would finish in about 3 days. As I was walking towards the front to make my purchase I noticed the bigger bag on the pallets waiting to be stocked at the very bottom layer. Ashley noticed me and asked did I need help finding anything. I explained to her that I would hate to be that type of customer but what I really needed was the bigger bag of food on the bottom of the pallet. Without hesitation Ashley said we will get it for you as quickly as possible, and proceeded to break down the whole pallet to get the food I needed, which was going above and beyond my expectations. I asked her do they have any type of recognition program for their associates, because she needs to be recognized in all ways possible. Ashley really made my shopping experience convenient, I really appreciate it.”

I have a cat and a dog with dietary special needs and Will has gone above and beyond to make sure they have the right food that works best for them.In addition, one of my dogs is a Husky which is a hard dog to groom.
