I sat in the drive thru line for 58 minutes after a message saying that my prescription was ready. When I finally got to the front of the line, I am then told that my prescription will be ready in an hour. How can this be the story more than once? The drive thru line always takes a long time. I leave my house at 630am and now I won't be home until 8pm just to turn around and leave again to go back! I'm so frustrated with this place but my insurance doesn't work at Walgreens so I'm just at the mercy of their incompetence

This pharmacy is completely horrible ! I called to refill a prescription for my son and was told they aren't in network with his insurance. Which is a bold faced lie because he's had the same insurance for years I religiously pick up his Medication every month. I was then told to come bring in his insurance card, which I do. Long line Ike there usually is, and when I pull up as it's my turn I'm told she doesn't have time to enter the insurance information to just drop it off and call back later. Absolutely ridiculous after just being told to drive over and bring the insurance card. She repeatedly told me she did not have time to help me as they were closing in an hour and I would have to loop back around in line to then see if she had time. I have never had issues with any other pharmacy in my life. Laziest and rudest pharmacy staff I have ever encountered in my life. I will be reporting to corporate as this is unacceptable.

Nice store, friendly staff at checkout and quick and easy mobile pickup using the CVS app.

Worst pharmacy customer service. Anne is supposed to be the manager and she has no idea what she is doing. Horrible horrible customer service.

The staff at the pharmacy ignore customers who come in to pick up prescription. They also seem clueless or can't be bothered to enter the correct insurance information for orders. My prescription wasn't available the first time I went, so I had to wait a few days before I went back. The second time I went in they tried to charge me $180 for eczema cream. They also asked me to come back in an hour because they were on a break and didn't have time to re-enter my insurance number in case they messed up the first time . I called my insurance and my insurance called the pharmacy to find out why they tried to charge me $180 for medication that was covered. Luckily I have great insurance and they fixed everything for me quickly and my portion was only $7. I'm pretty sure CVS wouldn't have refunded me $173 if I caught the mistake late.

Came in and was immediately greeted by an employee. I was looking for a specific item and he walked me over to the aisle he thought it would be and helped me search for it. It was a small gesture but made me feel like a valued customer.

The CVS pharmacy on Vermont and 192 is the worst pharmacy I have ever used. I had a script from my doctor to fill a non controlled and common drug and the pharmacy clerk refused it because the doctor did not write my address on it. They have my address because I have filled prescriptions there before and they would not let me show my ID to verify the address. I went to a Walgreens pharmacy and had absolutely no issues. Another time a couple of months back, I went to this CVS to get a flu shot and they told me that it would be 2 or more hours before they could administer the shot. There were only 2 other customers there at the time. Again, I go to Walgreens and get my shot right away. I 'm done with this CVS

I'm told my medicine will be ready at 8:00 pm while in earlier in the day. I returned at 10:00pm, not ready. I'm told it will be ready in about ten minutes. Okay. After 20 minutes I am called to the register & told it's ready. The guy looks at what he has been handed & says, sorry this isn't your's. Another ten minutes go by. Finally I get my med & can go home & get my elderly parents in bed. How do I feel about CVS? I don't hate much or anyone. This place comes closest!

The lowest pharmacy EVER! Long wait times for picking up prescriptions after they are ready. Dreadfully, painfully slow!

This was close to our hotel and I needed to get some antacids, however as we went to go inside, at 10:00pm on a Saturday, they were already closing. The property seems to be in poor repair, lots of refuse towards the back. Not sure i'd be comfortable shopping here.

my wife and kid has the flu. CVS did show there Prescriptions even being worked on an hour after doctor visit. So went back to the doctor and he called it in this time but had to leave it on a message due to no answer from cvs. Fast forward 3 more hours and still don't show them working on it. Decided to drive down and check on It. Talk to the pharmacist named Elizabeth and she was very rude. Refused to check messages and said can't do anything till tomorrow. Mind you its 330 now and they don't close till 8pm. So I went to pick up my sons other meds at the pick up counter and she said they was working on the Tamaflu but could Expedite it. Elizabeth over heard her and yells we are not expecting anything and will have to wait till tomorrow. Now I'm getting mad so I tell the lady at pick up thanks for your help. I go straight up front and ask for the manager I explain to him the problem and he goes back to check. He comes back and said yes they have the messages and I should call in the morning and see if they can expedite it then. I said they have had my order since this morning and feel like they should have time in the next 4&1/2hr to fill it with out expediting anything!! He gave me this speech on if you go to jiffy lube to get an oil change and there are 1200 cars in front of you that they can't skip every one to do your oil change. I ask if jiffy lube skips over you and takes 1200 more people after you is it right to refuse your service that day? He told me there's nothing he could do. Heading home to call corporate and I get a text saying my sons tamaflu is ready for pick up!!!! Went back and picked up his and the only one working was the girl at the pick up counter (wish I would have got her name because she was sweet and the only nice one there). Just an FYI my wife's was not ready and not even in the system to be worked on yet also my son had a cough med also no even being worked on. All was sent at the same time!!

Completely ridiculous! Trying to pick up a prescription, wait in a long line for pick up, finally get to the counter for them to tell me it is set up for cash payment and if I wish to use my insurance card for a discount I need to go wait in the line for Drop off???? The lady in front of me was told the same thing. 10 minutes later I am still in the drop off line (as well as the lady that was also told to go to another line) when I am picking up a prescription that was called in the day before. All because they don't have their systems correctly set up... I will be getting my prescriptions else where from here on out. Update: now I was sent back to the pick-up line because the drop off computer can not check me out. Absurd.

Yelp 100 challenge 2017! 38/100 So I visited CVS twice today. Once for my prescriptions and once for my son's. We have lots of allergies and end up her quite often. It's pretty close to home and I have always liked CVS. Not really sure why. This particular store is usually pretty clean and fully stocked. The employees are really helpful and kind. I love that they have added a section of on the go snacks and healthier options as well. They also usually have some good sales and you doesn't love a mile long receipt with coupons and extra bucks! In my couponing days I ending up with my items practically free. (why did I ever stop couponing?) Today I spend about $300 in prescriptions. I'm happy that I was able to use my HSA card for these medical essentials. The pharmacist was very nice and they always check if you know how you are supposed to administer the medications.
