I took my car for the first time, paid for car wash with tire shine - $14.00. However, there tire shine was not done. I came back and told the attendant, she was very nice and gave me another car wash for free. The 2nd time I washed car within 30 minutes from the 1st, the tires were not shinned. So don't pay for tire shinning, it may not work!

Went to this exact one for a $10 Basic Wash. A worker said “We only sell MEMBERSHIPS". I went to the other, close onebin neptune road and one of the workers said that the the “Memberships only" thing was a lie. Horrible customer service from someone who washed my car here for 5+ years.

This was my first time at this location! Years ago i have been to other locations. I am from new york so I don't come down here very often! The young lady which I'm upset I didn't get her name was so very helpful and extremely sweet! The customer service experience was an absolute pleasure in itself to have me come back again and again while I'm in Florida and on my future visits! Thank you!!

The tire shine wasn’t working. And there are no car coverings. Fix these things and I could change my rating.

If you have one of these memberships and you start missing parts from your car, the employees will tell you that they were already loose and that's why everything came off easily so as not to be responsible for the damage it causes to the car. I don't recommend it.

I came to the car wash after visiting the one near because they don’t have enough vacuums, only to find out that half the vacuums here don’t work and the others are lacking power. I don’t understand how they don’t have an attendant servicing the vacuums. I’m going to cancel my monthly membership.

Fantastic friendly crew. Wash is great, top to bottom. Good vacuums and nice wipe down area. Getting ready to head back to Michigan, but will be back this fall and will return to this wash. I'll miss these people.
