I went in following this young guys hand instructions and a tire got slashed. I was asked if I had a spare and told that I needed to reverse and take care of it. I have come here many times and never a problem but this IS a BIG problem. No one offered to refund my money. I had to ask for the refund about 45 minutes later while I waited for Geico assistance. I am super Disappointed with this experience. Never coming back!!!!😡

After using the place for 1 year their "brushless" careash began scratching my new car. When Corp was contacted they claim its not possible! Well after seeing several dirty ,muddy pickups go through I realized what the issue is, mud specifically sugar sand , sticking to the 'brushes'. Basically they'll sand down your paint job.Cancelled my membership. Now I've got to spend $200 to get my paint job detailed to get scratching out.

Their car washes suck and they didn’t always used to. Before the person working would come along and spray your whole car with soap before you go in - this was for the base car wash. Now they have people working the (self serve) machines to drive through, asking for tips, and giving terrible car washes with no spray once you drive around.I remember when I used to come here, use the payment machines myself and get a decent car wash. They try to push their memberships on you every time and use that as an excuse for a bad car wash.P.S. A tip is for a service performed - I’m driving into an automated car wash! If someone was washing my car for me of course I would tip. This makes zero sense. You don’t get a tip for tapping a screen that I used to tap myself. Go somewhere else!

A disaster in customer service. The gates at the entrance to the car wash don’t work. Man came over. The most incompetent person with obviously no training in how to operate. Don’t go here. It’ll ruin your day and give you a headache. There’s another Mister Carwash further down on 192 where you shouldn’t encounter any problems.

Spent $22 and truck was still filthy. Just daily driving dirt and wash didn't even touch it. You are better off washing your vehicle by hand.

I have been coming to this location for almost two years. I was initially impressed with their services so I signed up for their monthly unlimited car was program. What sold me was the vacuums and the compressed air gun to blow off dust and water. Shortly after I became a monthly customer THE COMPRESSED AIR GUNS ARE OUT OF SERVICE AND HAVE BEEN FOR OVER A YEAR NOW. Every time I ask when they compressed air guns are going to be repaired I'm told they are "waiting on parts". I have been very patient but this is ridiculous. I pay my membership in full every month and I expect to receive the full benefits of my membership. If they can't fix it then replace it. On a positive note the staff is always friendly and courteous.

Yellow green lights broke. One tech sales I have amoral on my tires claim is a detail guy. Ok, I go thru wash again to get tire shine due to other rep says is working well it is not he said he gonna watch and check never did not a third worker had to inform that worker no tire shine is not working. Cannot take these worker at there word. Good people just deer in the headlight stuff going on here.

Thinking of canceling my membership because at the beginning it was nice to come to this location now it doesn’t throw enough soap it’s not drying the car good and the air gun by the vacuums do not even work any more… Do not recommend ?

Normally, I don't go to places like this because I wash my car on my own. But I was in a hurry, and so I went here.You go up to the entrance and a screen will give you several options and prices. A staff member came and assisted me with that.I paid and went through the wash and was satisfied.After you wash your car, there are several free self-serve vacuuming stations if you wish to use them.IF I had to wash my car several times a month and willing to pay $17/month, I would do the package for unlimited number of washes. And it counts for all their multiple locations.

I belong to the unlimited wash club. It is a pretty new facility, however a number of things don't work and haven't for months. Today, they had half of the vacuums blocked off, and the vacuum I used didn't work, nether did the air hoses. This place has really gone down hill, we should get a refund for the past few months.

Carwash is Good but most of the time Compressed air gun is broken and or a vacuum won't be working on your aisle. It's been like this several months and management says there is a maintenance order for the repairs, but it never gets repaired. I've had to go to other locations just to use the compressed air,Update a month later there is still no compressed air, still no idea when the air compressor can be fixed, not sure why this is such a heart issue to repair. I continue to have to go to another location

tell me how this car was has broken 3 different parts of my car. so far ever time I have driven in the car, was my car has come out with one less part. never again will I be using this company. very sad that they can't even own up to the mistakes that the company has made. my car door handle medal piece, the metal piece of my door above the window and it ripped off my door handle.

I said the wheels didn't come clean. He said you can run it through again. They do no pre wash on the wheels. You couldrun it through 5 times and they wouldn't come clean. Waste of time. Better car wash, same price in Kissimmee. I'll go there next time.

My first time. I was greeted at the checkin and he helped me make my selections. Very nice staff, clean operation and vacuum area. It would be nice if there were paper towels offered since the car wasn't completely dry.

I stopped using this car wash because the washing was subpar. I would always leave with dirty spots on the front and especially the back of my vehicles. I noticed a scratch on one of our vehicles after going through here so we don't frequent here anymore. The scratch was on a newer, nicer car that we keep nice. It wasn't there when we went in but it was definitely there when we came out.
