I had an issue with the covers around my front tires. Jason at Mavis Tires & Brakes took care of it in a timely manner and with great professionalism. I appreciate his knowledge and expertise. I will definitely go back if I have other tire or brake needs.

I went to Mavis Tire store located at Narcoossee Rd and US 192 in St Cloud yesterday and was greeted by Jason. He was very helpful and took a lot of time to show me the different tires they had available for my son's truck. After discussing it with my son, we agreed on the tire that Jason had recommended. We made an appointment for this morning. We met with Jason this morning were able to get my son's vehicle taken care of. Overall, this was a good experience, no one really likes having to spend money on tires, but when you need them, you need them. The Mavis experience was efficient and pleasant. Their prices were very reasonable. I recommend this Mavis for your vehicles needs.

It was a delight to deal with Luis Taforo and Miguel at this location. They took the time to explain exactly what the issue was with my car, even when they were quite busy. I appreciate the care and concern shown and will definitely be back!

I had a good experience with Milton. I arrived and they treated me wonderfully, very attentive and excellent service. They attended to me quickly. I recommend this place and good service. They treat it as it deserves with respect and attention to the customer. It has the entrance on the main avenue. I recommend it .

I strongly advise you NOT to bring your car here. It’s just amazing how unprofessional they are. I had two tires replaced and an alignment performed, waited 2h35m for this service to be done even with an appt. As soon as i drove off i noticed the car was still pulling to the right, in other words, the work was not done well. Since the shop was closing soon, i had to return the following day to get another alignment. 2h30m later the work was finally done after two test drives.
So Mavis team, why was the job not done correct the first time? Why treat customers like expendables? You have one job to do, so why not do it well? Perhaps if one of your lead techs stopped hanging out in the reception area and helped a little bit would be helpful. Now who will pay for my valuable time and lost doctor’s appt? If the owner cares about his business he should get rid of almost everyone and keep the two techs that were actually doing some work. It’s a shame because this auto shop has great potential.

Made an appointment for them to tell me I’d have to wait 3 hours until they can do an oil change. What’s the point of an appointment!
