Wasn’t impressed, told them that I was looking for a new local shop and if everything went well I would continue using them. Brought my vehicle first thing in the morning before they opened and waited to speak with someone. In the beginning they seemed very gung ho about checking it out and diagnosing any issues. My vehicle wasn’t looked at till the last 30 minutes of business hours which I thought was ok considering I didn’t have an appointment. But as I walked in the shop, one of the techs was talking about my vehicle saying it’s gonna be a ton of money to get it done and kinda down talking the job but I brushed it off because I’m willing to spend the money to get it right because I just recently purchased the vehicle and have plenty of money left over for repairs. I spoke with Mark I believe and he told me he’s having issues locating parts that would make the job easier. And said he would call me tomorrow with a quote…. Never received a phone call ever I tried to call and went straight to voicemail during business hours… if you don’t want to perform the job then just say it straight. For a place with such positive reviews I expected a little more.

Very patient and listened to my concerns and found the issue. I suggested to check the fuel injectors and no other place would check them (or knew how to check them) and fixed the issue. Mark Jr. knows what he’s doing and great to work with. Only problem is the amount of time it takes to get your car in.

I love Mark's Automotive I recently lost my father and he took care of anything that needed to be fixed on our cars I had quite the dilemma. Mark which is the owner and his son stepped in and helped my mother and I with everything that we needed they are wonderful ? if I ever need something fixed an oil change anyting I would trust nobody else but Mark's Automotive ?

Mark and Mr. Mark Sr. are the Best! Honest and to the point. They explain what exactly needs to be done, along with the cost. No hidden agenda there. Once the car is fixed, it's fixed, no going back! Highly recommended, so glad I found them, get place to go for your vehicle to be fixed!!
