My fiancee and myself drove all the way from the East side of Orlando to this dealership which is in the outskirts of St. Cloud, and I believe we weren't treated fairly at all.. I feel as if the finance manager was just trying to get the most money out of us, due to the fact that he raised the price of the down payment 3 times.. He went from 2000, to 4000,, then claimed that the bank was requesting a down payment of 7000.. which I found to be very very excessive..Not to mention he only checked with one bank only.. and when I told him he wasn't getting 4000 or 7000 out of me for a used vehicle, he then tried to talk me into another vehicle that I wasn't interested in, but he claimed that I had a better chance in getting the car he wanted to put me in..not the one that I originally came all the way out there to acquire about..but claimed that the one he suggested was better, but it was priced higher than the one I was originally interested in.. I didn't appreciate the fact that he tried to hustle me .. Especially when the vehicle I wanted was LESS in price than the one HE wanted me to take..And the fact that he only tried one bank for approval was unfair.. I felt as if he was only about the money, not about the customer

Do not buy a car from these guys. They will try to sell you a car with a lot of problems with it. They also claim that they will try to help you with low payments for a car. That is a lie. Most of there car they have not maintained or not change the oil. That got a bmw that needs a lot of work. Again do not buy a car from them. And I thought a can trust the owner like I use to. But I can’t anymore.

I had such a great experience buying the Subaru! Everyone was very friendly and very accommodating to my needs. Very communicative to understand the transaction! The quality of the Subaru is like a brand new vehicle and it’s worth the price!!

We're taking these clowns to court because of deceptive business practices and false advertising . Changed the price of the truck three times then pressured us to pay it off by canceling the loan after my son made payments on it . They intentionally tried to ruin my son's credit rating to get us to pay cash . Canceled the loan then said we made a new deal for $3,000 more which we did not . We will see you in court , you can try to explain it to the judge . I wonder how many other people you've done this too . I guess we'll find out with a forensic audit . Statute of limits is 4 years , so I may file Monday or I may file 2 years from now. Either way I'm putting you out of business .

Horrible service. Called to see if the vehicle was on the lot said yes right here in-front of me . Went to location and told me it had sold. Lady was rude acting like it was my fault we were there and the truck was not on the lot. Will never do business with this company .

Would give no stars if I could the person selling cars raised her voice at me (yelled) after she told me 30 minutes before we came in the truck was available then when I got there they said it had sold before I called VERY UNPROFESSIONAL

be aware, do not leave deposit or leave with car before paperwork is completed. after you leave the store, they going to call you and ask to refill everything again with a diferent lender, if for any reason you are not approved and want to return the vehicle, you loose the deposit. lost $2800.oo. BE AWARE.
