Luis with L.i Roadside Care and Towing was a pleasure to work with. He is professional and works with the customer to help get their vehicle up and running or towed. His prices are affordable and he handles your vehicle with care. He also sends pictures of your vehicle through the process! I will definitely use Luis again if I have car trouble!

After having such a bad experience with AAA. Where I requested service from AAA 3 times, and they never showed up and kept canceling service without letting me know. I got tired of AAA inefficiency, I googled looking for service and found this company.
They were quick to answer. I called at 9:17pm, they quoted me in less than 2 min, the towing arrived 20 minutes to my location and dropped it off at 10:15pm to the mechanic. The entire service was just 1 hour! We are beyond impressed with the fast service and affordable prices. I already saved their number and anyone that asks this is the only company I will refer someone too.
