Had a pleasant buying experience at this dealership. Staff was able to show me several different financing options Giving me the best interest-rate and payment plan that fit my budget. I’m not from the area where the dealership is located so my salesman was able to explain the best options over the phone and via text messaging so not to waste my time driving back-and-forth. I highly recommend considering this dealership for your next vehicle purchase.

The team at Kisselback Ford is really amazing. They greeted us right away with smiles and no pressure. We were looking for a newer-used car for on a budget. We drove here on a whim and there it was! They had a special deal in the first row at exact budget! The wait times during the buying process weren't super long and we were provided refreshments. The atmosphere is positive, clean, and comfortable. Our sales person, Andy Medina, was fantastic! He really worked with us and the dealer to find any deal possible to keep that car in our budget after tax and fees and everything. He was really friendly, stress-free, and knowledgeable about the process. Kim Hilley was also really great to work with. Kim did a great job seeing after us and pointing us where to go next. Afterwards, we spoke with Tammy to complete the sale and she was equally amazing. While waiting for the car to be brought around, the whole team came out to thank us and see us off which made us feel important and awesome. Andy helped see us off and showed us some of the features of the car to make sure we were confident before leaving. Highly recommend the dealership and the team! Thanks!

I have known Gary Ketchum for more years than I want to remember! I have known Kim Hilley for many years too. I bought a 2021 F150 from them and special ordered it. Due to the whole covid mess it took 6months to get it. No fault of Kissleback
The end game is that Gary and Kim treated me like a gentleman the whole way through, stayed in touch with me and when I got the truck it was spot on. It is just a wonderful vehicle and you treated me right.
I appreciate all that you did! I do love this truck.
