One star because it doesn't give me the option of any. They offer terrible service in the parts area.
First I called to obtain information about several parts for my car, information that was offered with their prices when ordering the engine for my car, the engine with the price offered was not available ok, they offered me another one with another more expensive price, We proceed to pay and order the engine on April 11, 2024 and it would arrive within 5 to 6 days and it is not until today that they call me to indicate that the engine is not available and there is not until October. Let me get a refund.
It is a lack of respect when you order something, it is out of necessity, not to waste time. Maybe if they had called on Friday to tell me this, my opinion would have been different, but it is unfair, disrespectful that it took them a week to notify that it would not arrive just when I was supposed to receive it.
They are irresponsible

What an amazing experience! My truck had been totaled (aluminum truck + 120lbs deer * velocity = airbag deployment) and I was heavily on the hunt for another truck for over 3 weeks. I tried dealerships in Jacksonville, Fruitland, Orlando, Tampa, Chiefland and Gainesville. None of them were willing to deal like the folks at Kisselback. Ray was my sales guy and he was super professional and straightforward. Communication (text, email, and phone) was highly effective and the purchase process was so smooth it'd make those car vending machine folks blush. They truly didn't try to up sell on any BS like other places do. When I said "No thanks" to something I was listened to and we keep driving on. Speaking of, being 2.5hrs from the dealership and conflicting schedules I ended up buying the truck online (first time doing that) and it was delivered to me in less than 48hrs at no additional charge. Again, corporate dealerships eat your heart out. I don't think you will go in blind as you're looking at Yelp reviews. That said, do your research on what you want, what the NADA values are, be highly familiar with the car buying process (pay attention to itemized costs on the buyers sheet) and give Ray and the goof folks at Kisselback a call. They really do their best to earn business. The next time I'm in the market for another vehicle I'll be hollering at Kisselback and Ray to help get me rolling.

They are Terrible there bought a car s you did. They did not want to help me. Tell me that it was a corporate thing. Been there 3 times then they still don't want to fix the problem, never again. Never again

I had the most amazing customer service experience. Brad assisted me with my part order. Took the time to find another part which was on back order at another dealer as I needed the part quickly. We had great conversation as well. Thank you Brad for a great experience.

I've always had excellent service when bringing my truck here. I've taken my truck to another dealership previously & received horrible service despite having an appointment. I'll stick with Kisselback Ford!

We live in Palm Coast, so about an hour and a half from this dealer. We purchased 2 vehicles from David in 10 months & going out of our way was completely worth it. We have never had a better experience at a dealership. We are in a time when so many dealers are taking serious advantage of buyers. David at Kisselback was knowledgeable, patient, kind, and fair. He went above and beyond to help us when our hometown Ford dealership was being extremely unfair & difficult. We felt David was extremely knowledgeable, & we didn't feel any pressure. He made the process very easy and no nonsense. The day my vehicle was ready, I wasn't able to pick it up. David had it delivered by two extremely kind retired veterans. That was just the icing on the cake. Kisselback is worth the drive to St. Cloud. Ask for David. You'll be glad you did!

Bought a new 2022 F-150. when washing truck found that roof seals were damaged during fabrication. Identified Sep 2022, and just found out (Apr 2023) that Ford will do nothing (after constantly contacting them with never a response). This adversely affects any possible resale. I will never recommend this dealer. So much for the fee they charge for vehicle inspection prior to turnover. Also be very careful concerning the poor quality coming out of Ford factories. Very disappointed with vehicle quality, Ford refusal to rectify and Kisselback's lack of response.

BUYER BEWARE... don't BUY from Kisselback Ford in Saint Cloud, Florida. I went in to dealership to buy a 2020 ford truck with 30,000 miles on it that I seen on there website because I thought buy local possibly get a deal. Sadly mistaken, they are ripping people off. I find out Prices are non negotiable when speaking to salesman. Also discovered, price is exact same as original retail and on top of that, they wouldn't even consider a cash offer for truck. No Way to do business... just trying to rip customers off...

Walked through the lot and received ABSOLUTELY NO ASSISTANCE. When I asked for a sale person to assist me he didn't even walk to any of the vehicles I inquired about or could even tell me what the price of the 3 vehicles on their lot that I was interested in. I was ready to make a purchase so but he was lazy and not in the mood to assist me. Theodore, I took my business elsewhere. The salesperson was a white male with a hat and I refuse to say his name because I don't write reviews to have anyone fired. I simply do my reviews to assist any other possible buyers. Stay away from this place. Trust me o that advice.
