Gave me a price to diagnose the problem with my car. When I went to pick up car the price had increased to 70.00 higher..Also said he had given me an oil change but lied he never did.Very shady Would not recommend him to anyone..Not honest..Zero stars from me if they would allow that

Finding a good, honest, reasonably priced mechanic is one of the hardest challenges you will ever face for your automobile.My husband found Kirks auto repair just by chance which took my Ford F150 in to have the air conditioner chapped, Kirkman necessary repairs and my AC was working excellent.A short time later I needed front brakes along with drums on my truck, Kurt never pressured us in anyway but we opted to go ahead and do the rear brakes and at the same time, the work was done within one day, the price was extremely reasonable.Just last week I took my truck in because I hit a bad bump on Hickory tree Road in the construction zone, my front tires were losing air and I took it into Kirk to have it checked, he kept my vehicle overnight and corrected the issues at no charge. I have never in my life, had a mechanic that I have been more satisfied with.Kirks auto repair will get all of our business for every vehicle we own as long as we live within driving distance

This is a mixed feelings review. I found this place by a Google search and it was 5 stars. I sent in my first car for a minor repair and it was done the next day. I said cool I will send you another car, 2 weeks later the car was back and better than new for a 20 year old car. I pay immediately and never bug them as I saw quality work. I then sent another car in for suspension and other minor things. Week after week goes by and he hasn't even looked at it, just said he will work on it after each call. 3 weeks go by and I call asking what's the deal and if he's too busy I will just get my car and find another person. He swears after vacation he will get to it so I give him slack and say OK one more week, no more. I call him a week after he gets back and he still hasn't touched it. I said you let me down and I'm coming to get my car. I puck it up and he's working on other cars that were never there waiting like mine was. I always paid immediately but I felt I had found a great mechanic but alas just another Kissimmee let down. If you're too busy just say sorry I'm full up, don't promise your customers things you can't do. I liked the work on the first 2 cars which is why he gets a 3 star or it would be a 1 star if it was just based on the last occurrence. Sigh
