I called and asked a question about a toilet repair I was trying to do myself, he answered my questions without even asking if I was going to shop with them, and when I got there he walked me to the item I needed and gave me detailed installation information. Just great to do business with someone you know appreciates your business.”

“Just wanted too come on here and write a token of appreciation for Andy in customer service who went above and beyond with helping me find the right type of solar lights for my garden. He was incredibly kind, patient and provided an array of different options I could use for my garden. I was able too find the perfect set of lights with ease as my selection is pretty grand. As easy as it may sound finding the perfect set of lights , you're looking for ones that actual will take in the rays, not peel from the sun and one that holds its value. It almost felt as if I was in Publix because shopping here was truly a pleasure, Andy is a valuable employee and I hope this message reaches him. Thanks Andy !!”
“Went in looking for a sterling (brand) toilet tank. They didn't have one in stock, but the man working the plumbing area and was very helpful showing me the one I needed online and how to order it.

“Kelly and her staff are always there when I need them. They know me by face, name and voice. Kelly would give me advice on my last puppers when he was still alive, and he’d always love going with me to visit her (because he knew she’d love giving him a peanut butter puppy cookie for being such a good boy off leash, he’d walk in with me and do his sniffs of the staff and boop his nose on their leg or hand as his hello and go straight to the counter and pop his front paws on the counter to give Kelly a big ole smile and a small “oof”); and they are so helpful with me now when it comes to taking care of the horse since my mom’s passing a couple months ago- they know that I have some knowledge of rideable horses, but since my old lady hasn’t been rideable in many moons and doesn’t like many people messing with her (especially when it comes to halters; she loves to be groomed- but ONLY by me), she’s very skittish and scares easy.
