This company adds a 50% markup on USPS international shipments. There is absolutely no reason to use them for USPS shipments. It's strongly advised to get shipping estimates from various shipping carriers before deciding on Goin' Postal.They also don't instill confidence when it comes to handling shipments.

You do not know what you are doing! I mailed something with your certified mail/return receipt weeks ago and it just was returned due to insufficient postage amount!!!! You should have known the amount of correct postage! You would not help us and said the government was wrong!!! You are operating a business with no knowledge of how to mail letters. I would give you even a negative star if I could!! I have used services like this for many years and this was the first time a letter was ever returned! You owe me $14.28 !In Response to your comment: NO I DID NOT HAVE THE WRONG ADDRESS. The envelope clearly stated "add'l postage needed" YOU put the wrong stamp amount on the envelope!! You only put the stamp amount NOT the return receipt/certified amount and that is why it was returned, I went to the Post Office and they corrected your mistake. AND the Post Office was much cheaper.

This Goin Postal is very bad, the attention is very bad, the lady who works in the morning doesn't know what she is doing, she is always lost. It's a shame because there is no mail in the area. Please appoint someone more qualified

Mailed an envelope from this location. It was returned to me 4 days later for insufficient postage!! I mailed from here to have the envelope weighed for correct postage. What a total waste of my time! Won't use this location again.

I dropped off an iPhone to be returned to Apple. Apple stated they received the empty box, so I truly believe someone in the store took my iPhone. Never again will I drop off anything at this location.

Horrible service. There’s a couple working there ,which I’m guessing are the owners , and apart from being rude because I went there with a prepare package and prepaid label they wanted me to pay for the package when it was prepaid already. After I show proof of the prepaid label the guy said “you have to pay next time” I’m guessing they don’t know how The mailing system work.This is not the first incident. Other times they take forever to figure out the measurements of the packages and in two occasions they show poor customer or patience among other people who had trouble creating a package to get it ship out.

Just went there and there was nobody working in the store. It was literally empty. Waited almost 10 min and no one showed up. Terrible.
