The owner came and fixed our leaked air conditioner unit.. he was impressed it was still working being said it was a 1980 unit, he was a very very friendly and this is the only people that we deal with they have been in St Cloud for many years he is also very honest because I gave him $100 bill and a $1 bill and he brought it back, that to me as an up standing very awesome and if we need more people like that in this world thank you Mr owner of Folsom electric I forgot your name and I'm so very sorry signed Penny and Laurie

If you live in FL and need A/C or Electrical work, Folsom Services is who you want to hire. Completely professional, excellent customer service, workers were clean and courteous. And best of ALL, totally affordable. Before you waste your time, make Folsom Services your first phone call. Highly recommended!

Carrier recommended me to call Folsom to take care of my AC needs and I was not disappointed. From start to finish they were professional and courteous. Everything was explained very well and we couldn’t be happier. We will be using them for our yearly maintenance on our unit. Thank you!

When my A/C broke, they were more than willing to look for a loophole not to honor the warranty.
I had them for almost 30 years, but now they are not the same.
I do not recommend Folsom services.

Did an amazing job on my install would not use anybody else I’ve gotten to the point where when I need any kind of work done they have good references for local pro for even the most difficult jobs. IF I COULD COULD GIVE 10 STARS I WOULD!!!!

Very professional and great customer service satisfactory. Highly OSHA protection and gear utilized in all commercial and industrial sites. Really great incentives for employees. Placement training classes for certifications on any/all employees.

GIVING UP ON FOLSOM!
We have used Folsom for years but this time we could not even get a call back, after two weeks waiting and many attempts, we will move on. We can not do business with a company that will not even give their customer a call back. Very disappointing.
We planed a project with them and to get things going did our diligence to be helpful, we dug a trench and have material onsite, but have been ghosted. No call from their office or head of electric department, I believe they said his name is Patrick.

I've called twice about getting work done, as we've used them before, but apparently they're so busy with county contracts (I was told this over the phone), that they don't have time to even call back potential customers. Disappointed.

11/15/23 Saw an ad on their scrolling marque sign for mini split sale. Stopped in to talk to them, Andrew and Billy drove out that day to look and give me a quote, they were several thousand dollars cheaper than the previous 2 estimates I had received Had them install the mini split in my garage, the work was done quickly, professionally, clean installation and during the install Billy ( VP) came out and gave his guys a handI was treated like a long term customer that had done business with Folsom for years, they have earned a long term customerHighly recommend
