Great customer service as always. Josh takes the time to show & explain things when needed. Hailey & Liz in the office are also knowledgeable and help with scheduling and anything else you need. Josh has a great group of mechanics.

Just wanted to leave some positive feedback to the great people at FloState. I took my Tundra in since it had been pulling to the left while I was driving. Josh and his tech immediately gave me the true diagnosis for the issue. No run around and the work was done quick and easily. So happy I found such a great and reputable shop for my truck. I’ll definitely be going back to them for any future work needed or repairs. I highly recommend them! From the office staff, to the repair staff….thank you all for being so great!

I have a 2006 F450 four-wheel-drive it’s not easy to get the front end lined. I took it to Flostate. They called me said there was several issues with the front end. Would I like to put the parts on or would I like them to do it, I told him at this time, I would do it myself. I picked up the truck and took it home and did the repairs took it back. They found some other issues that needed to be addressed so I picked it up and brought it back to the house ordered some parts when the parts came in put them on and took it back they aligned the front end and it drives like a new one
The best thing is , they worked with me to correct the issues and make the repair and only charged me for one alignment
They have also done other repairs for me

I took my truck to FloState for an oil change and tire rotation, and I couldn't be happier with the experience! The staff was super friendly and didn't try to push any other services or products, which I really appreciated. The service was finished in a timely manner, and I was more than satisfied with the results.
