Was waiting in line to check out and was disgusted how the manager EDNA treats the cashiers. Rude demanding and does it right in front of customers. Sad she has such a complex to be nasty to the ladies working.

Rude employees. I politely said hello and asked a question, and all I got was a dirty look and ignored. The same thing happened to my cousins who were with me. Attitudes like that are unacceptable and encourage customers to shop elsewhere.

Good and big outlet, it was busy store, staff was also very friendly. If was difficult to find parking during busy hours but overall experience was good.

Normal experience. Friendly staff, variety to choose from, cheap prices. Checking out is faster since adding a couple self checkouts.

No human cashiers! I have mostly shopped there for a human cashier service. I asked for one and was still directed to self-check. I do not work for Dollar Tree and should not be forced to work while trying to ensure my shopping experience.

Pushing the new self checkouts. I just waited in line behind 2 people using the 2 kiosks while an employee stood & watched. She wasn't doing anything. Didn't offer to ring me up. I thought best case scenario maybe she was waiting for the person to clear the machine so she could change receipt paper. When the lady finished up & moved on, the other customer was finishing as well. He was literally 2 seconds behind her. Literally. So I hesitated to walk forward, allowing the employee to approach if she needed to. And she looks at me and says "register 2 is open" before she could even finish "and register 3". So she was doing..... what?
