Called in to get some information, the guy I spoke to clearly didn't want to have a conversation, cut me off and said "what do you need to know bud, what do you need to know".
Its been sometime since I've had a system install so I wanted to make sure I did some homework so I could invest in a quality system.
I understand these shops are usually pretty busy, but a simple "Im working on a job right now, could i call you back later" would've been just fine.
If you're looking for professionalism and good customer service, you probably wont find it here.

The owner was so nice helping us to remove old tightly rusted license plate, beyond his own work responsibility. Just moved to FL from IL, great experience.

Stay away!!! Called to see if they were busy as I just wanted 12 ga. Power run from battery to inside of vehicle and per son hung up when asked if they were busy! VERY RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL!!! STAY AWAY!!! NOT A WAY TO RUN A BUSINESS!!

If you want quality audio products..Dbs is the place to go to without a doubt. Dave is super knowledgeable about what he does and he takes pride in his worth and is super meticulous about getting things done right.

Dave is very experienced at what he does. He was very honest. He did not try to give us more expensive options. In fact he told us we better get the cheaper version but same quality speakers. Very good and very clean installation

Stopped by to get my speakers, subs and amplifiers working after buying my car secondhand. Dave was really awesome in helping me out trying to find out what was wrong with my audio and got things working again. Really great guys here and they have tons of pro audio stuff! Definitely recommend!
