Waiting inside well over 30mins. Noticed they were serving DT more. The sat in the drive well over an hour because they couldn’t seem to move 1 car along. Went to the 2nd lane because in the past I have seen them give people their prescriptions there. Apparently those rule breakers were the exception and I was not. Either let the person who is sitting at the window to move along and come back or tell them to go inside. For the other people waiting in the line either inside or out it’s not considerate of their time.

They helped me in a very friendly way, I really like cvs, I find many necessary things in my home, very good prices and I quickly find everything I need. I recommend using coupons I always end my purchase happy.

Worst CVS pharmacy ever for past 2yrs with such long wait times and lines and no communication when there is an issue with your scripts. There is no excuse as they have plenty of workers in the pharmacy area and they seem to be very disorganized as one time no one could find my medications that they filled and notified me they were ready. I have been to a CVS that has had only 2 people working the pharmacy and they were slammed but worked very quick and efficient no where near this place and this CVS has more than 7 people working just in pharmacy at a time. No excuse and most of the pharmacy team have horrible customer service. This pharmacy manager needs to fix this cause it's obvious I'm not the only one that feels this way.

Manager that was there in the morning was harassing me at self check out I felt like I was racially profiled. It was very uncomfortable. she was hovering over me, trying to make sure I scanned all my items. It was genuinely such a bad experience and I never had this experience with any other managers that are usually there she needs some training. cause clearly what she has isn’t enough.

I am done with CVS. I got in the drive thru line for the pharmacy at 3:35 pm. I was in that line until 4:25 pm. I am sorry there is no excuse for that. I probably would have over looked it if the worker was nice and had apologized for my wait when I got to the window. Instead he just says “hi.” I respond back “hello.” He raised his eyebrows and pointed at me. I am feeling ill at this moment, so I hadn’t thought to tell him I was picking up. All I needed was for him to say “how can I help you?” Other than that he was fine. It is not that his customer service was bad. It was okay. I’ve worked customer service, most people are more understanding of things when you provide good customer service. If you are having horrible wait times, good customer service is vital. I think a lot of the problem is the lack of training these places provide. I canceled my extra care + membership and will find another place to get my prescriptions.

This has to be the worst CVS out there. I can’t imagine worse customer service. I had personal encounters with 4 pharmacy staff in my recent visit and only 1, Devon, seemed to somewhat care. Of the 4 people I dealt with, Devon was the only one who actually tried to help me and showed some level of compassion.
I had just left urgent care with a diagnosis of Bronchitis. I was still struggling to breathe and speak and the staff was so cold and uncaring. Additionally, they had only processed two of my medications that the Urgent Care called and never realized that they missed the other meds. They also had not processed my refills that I requested through the app. To top it off they never returned my two voicemails that I left to confirm they received my app refills since the app was acting weird.
Then, they would not process my much needed migraine medicine saying I needed insurance authorization AGAIN because the store I normally went to closed down and CVS changed the prescription number on the medicine when it was transferred to this store. The tech whom explained this was so cold and careless! I can go as far as saying she was even condescending and treating me as if I’m unintelligent!
Why did this issue only occur with one medicine and not my other refills. This is nonsense.
The cashier was also extremely rude. Forgive me but she acted like a zombie. She was very monotone, made no eye contact, didn’t confirm the prescriptions she was giving me and then dismissed me when I realized so many items were missing. I had to bounce back and forth between the two lines several times.
Between struggling to breathe and speak, my coughing and the frustration they caused me, I nearly fainted at the counter. I had to fan myself and catch my breath.
I still left there without two items that I need to figure out how to resolve.
Then, to make matters worse, the merchant machine didn’t work properly. The cashier was clueless. She forgot to ring up my cough drops, then had to cancel and rerun the order, then she rang up the cough drops twice and said she didn’t know how to remove it. She told me to just grab another one on the way out. Very awkwardly I did what she said and I was worried it would look like I was stealing.
This store made me feel horrible in every way possible.
Buyer beware!!!
Go to Walgreens, Walmart or Publix, if you can!!!

$2.69 is the cheapest bottle of water in this store. $2.69 for a bottle of Aquafina that you can buy 48 for $4.99 at sams and you know they get it cheaper. Everything is super expensive. It is ridiculous.

I am in here at least once a month for pharmacy needs. The store is well organized and clean. Service is exceptional every time. Today I had a wonderful experience with Micheal. He was knowledgeable and helpful and really took the time to help me. I’ve never experienced this at a cvs before and I really appreciate the customer service I received. Thank you!

Absolute WORST pharmacy on the planet. You can never get anyone on the phone. The line is always wrapped around the building & around the store inside. And it smells like a dirty litter box!

The drive thru for this pharmacy, lately, has been pretty long especially now since they closed the CVS on Neptune. I go inside and the line is even longer. I look at the employees and I see that there’s 8 of them and yet they take forever. They need to come up with a new plan, schedule or whatever because I be waiting in line for an average of 25 minutes every time I come here.

We came straight from the hospital to pick up our prescription. As soon as we stepped in the line they said they all going to lunch and the pharmacy was closed for 30 mins. I asked if they could make an exception because we were traveling back home after we lost our flight the day before due to unpredictable circumstances that landed my husband in the hospital , we needed to rush to the airport. We can’t do that because “we are machines and don’t eat ” one of them said. My point is simple I understand as an employee that I am too, we all need to take a break at work but 5 plus employees all together. They should improve that and make a lunch schedule or at least have someone out few minutes prior to closing informing the customer “ we will be closing from 1:30 to 2:00 pm”. This has nothing to do with the store manager Stacey and the cashier in the front Adriana they are fantastic, professional with a great customer service!

The WORST run business I have ever delt with! Totally incompetent staff in the pharmacy... if they took the time to listen to the customer they would not waste soooo much time running back and forth...it reminds me of watching a pinball machine! Too bad the location on 13th and Neptune is closing...they were so much more professional!!!
