The customer service was exceptional, as was their communication through the entire process.
The quality of the repair work was flawless and they even recommended some products for detailing my paint work and showed me some techniques to avoid and damage when I detailed my own vehicle.
I cannot recommend Caliber Collision highly enough and will never take my truck anywhere else.

He came out to our home and ran diagnostics on the car and test drove it to make sure everything was all set. “Friendly staff. Told should be about 1 hour to - hour 15 mins. I waited. Saw my car being parked and tech bringing paperwork in. After approx another 45 mins. I asked if my car was ready. I was told that things were hectic today. He apologized. Then told me they recommended an air filter and asked me if I wanted them to do. I said no. I had already waited 45 mins for the paperwork to be completed; I was not waiting any longer.”

“Thank you for diagnosing and repairing my truck so fast after another local shop charged me thousands of dollars to make repairs I didn't need. After the previous shop replaced injectors, hpop, and various other sensors, CP diesel diagnosed the REAL problem and called me to pick it up the same day. He is very knowledgeable. He is not cheap. But he knows what he is doing, and I am very thankful. I won't bring my truck anywhere else.”

“I had a tire that continuously lost air, I took my truck to Tire Kingdom in town, was told that the tire could not be repaired because the damage was on the side tread-wall. They were really persistent on wanting to sell me a new tire.I told her my tires were under warranty and I would just return to where I’d purchased from.I hadn’t had time today get to the tire dealer, meanwhile my tire was still losing air.I took my truck to Gator Lake Auto Service.My tire was repaired for $28 bucks.Joe, the owner shook my hand and said “I guarantee my work, if you have any issues, just bring it back here.”If I don’t add to this post, then everything worked out.This business also rents U-Hauls and fills propane tanks.The parking lot is a bit to be desired, but, it is a shop.”
“About a month ago my car broke down on the FL turnpike. I had it towed to Glen Hall because his shop was the closest, knowing absolutely nothing about him and his business. What a great bunch of people! They repaired my Honda and charged a fair price (less then than I thought it would be). For anyone who lives in the St Cloud area, you can have full confidence in Glenn and his team. If they were local to me, I would have no hesitation in using their services.”
