Ask for John, Bill or the owner Scott Locke, both Junior and Senior. These Guys are the ones with decades of knowledge in this industry.
Professionalism and Courtesy is paramount here with answers to any of your questions at any time, of course they are super busy so please expect having your trailer done will take time to get done.
John or Bill will walk you through your build with ease and explanation of all the features included, heck John will even tow your trailer with his own truck as he did mine to get it finished, this is how driven these Guys are.
Do not hesitate in taking your trailer here for repairs or to have one built with American Materials.

I would highly recommend them to anyone and everyone!! We had a horse trailer that needed to be repaired. I’m from NJ and the trailer was in FL with 2 broken axles. I was so lucky to have found them from long distance!! Bill and the service department was so pleasant and understanding about my circumstances and were so helpful throughout the whole process up to and including the day I picked it up. They went above and beyond..after meeting them I knew I made the right choice!!

I’ve been taking my trailers to AT for years back when Mike was service Mgr but probably won’t be back. Bill was my new POC and I brought my trailer in for service. I told Bill my hubs were too hot to the touch. He called and said trailer was ready and all checked out etc and performed service. When I picked up the trailer and returned home, I felt the hubs again and they were still too hot to the touch. I called back and stated something still has to be wrong, Bill told me all checked out. When I stated it might have checked out but something has to be wrong, his response was I can replace the hub’s if you want me to. All Bill had to say was not sure what’s wrong, it all checked out but bring it in and we’ll find out what’s wrong. I don’t want to pay for Hubs or any repair if that’s not the issue. The call was longer than this summary but I will assume you understand my point.
