I am currently lucky enough to purchase my 3rd Ameritrail trailer. I cannot express how good the customer service is at Ameritrail. For example my old boat had a 2005 Ameritrail trailer which needed new axles . I replaced the axles and called Ameritrail and asked how I can tell if they were true. Their response was bring it by( luckily I do not live far) and we will take a look. Not only did they take some measurements to be sure I installed them correctly.They did it for free. This second time I bought a new trailer that I insisted be an Ameritrail trailer custom make to my specs the perfect trailer. The dealer forgot to order the covers for the guide poles and when I mentioned this they ordered me the incorrect ones. Instead of me going back and fourth with the boat dealer again since it took four months to get the wrong guide covers. Ameritrail stepped up to the plate and sent me the correct ones at no cost. You couldn’t ask for more out of a trailer manufacturer.

I have recently been doing business with Amera Trail Trailers when I needed to rebuild my boat trailer for my 20' Kenner. I have an Aluminum Shorlander that had most of the under carriage, springs, axles and cross members, extremely rusted out. I checked a lot of places, and AmeraTrail seemed to have the best selection and best prices. They were also located about 90 miles from me so I wanted to save money on the shipping (axles) I replaced my spring based undercarriage with torsion axles and used their bolt in aluminum cross members to replace my much more expensive Shorlander galvanized cross members. I am not complete yet, but the service and help from the shipping department, specifically Cindy and Rico, has been excellent. I had a hard time getting info from the front office, left messages and filled in their internet form, but as soon as I spoke to the shipping department, I was covered. When I went to pick up the axles, they were ready and helped me pick out some other accessories I needed. Their facility is big and gave me confidence I can get what I need from here. I later ordered some bolts for my bunks, and they sent me the wrong size. I emailed them and within a couple of hours, they had already shipped me the correct size! Where does that happen!? Also, I ordered guide posts, which were 1/4 stock .. very sturdy .. not amazon 1/8 junk. The axles have replaceable spindles, not welded in .. so if / when your spindle is worn out or damaged, you can simply order a new one, and drop it in. Lots of good to say about these folks. Especially the shipping folks.Tks,GH

These guys are great. Mark Akerman stopped what he was doing and helped me find a solution for a problem I'd been having with my boat trailer which wasn't even anAmeratrailer. He couldn't have been nicer and more helpful. I highly recommend Ameratrail for anything you need regarding trailers, boat or otherwise.

I ordered a pair of axles from Amera Trail to replace the old ones on another brand of trailer that I own. Unfortunately, the new axles were damaged in shipping. Initially I had some trouble getting my issue addressed, but then I came into contact with Cindy and Rico in the Parts Department. They made sure that I was completely satisfied with the resolution to my damaged order. Thanks Cindy and especially Rico for the wonderful customer service!

I can't say enough good things about Margaret and AmeraTrail! I had a unique issue. I purchased a used AmeraTrail trailer and was having difficulty getting it registered because the prior owner did not get a title in his name. Margaret thought of a great solution which resolved the issue right away! Great customer service, above and beyond what you expect!

The parts department did a wonderful job assisting me. I made a wrong dimension on my torsion axle and received the wrong sized axle. They were very helpful and sent me the right axle and sent a return label for the wrong part at no extra charge to me! I am very pleased with their performance and willingness to help me through my mistake! I would highly recommend them for their professionalism and kind services!
