My husband and I have been going to Maria and Francis for 8 years. They are truly the absolute best to work with. They both stay up on tax law and exemptions and make the process seamless. Not only are they experts in the tax space but Francis is also a notary. It is nice knowing I have access to a notary right down the street. We will not go anywhere else!

Maria and her office staff at Allied Professional Services are very professional. They show their professionalism by being courteous, efficient, reliable, trustworthy with their aim to make sure the client is satisfied in every kind of category that the client needs to discuss with the tax consultant. The Allied Professional Services Staff approaches the client is very cordial and comfortable, making sure the client and their needs are being addressed in a matter of professionalism. My husband and I are faithful clients of Allied Professional Services since 2019. Maria and Frances are very attentive to our needs concerning our taxes of our house. We moved from Queens, New York, just sold our house there and relocated to Saint Cloud, Florida with so many questions about our former and new house taxes. We are truly blessed and fortunate of having Maria and her fantastic staff, being so patient and supportive with our dealings of our former sold house and our new house at Saint Cloud's taxes. Allied Professional services is a great place for all your tax preparation needs.
I been going there for years. Maria the owner is outstanding and knows how to do taxes and more. Also, her employees like Francis and Stephanie are awesome coworkers. I do recommend this business to anyone . It’s an excellent place for all your taxes needs. All nice people. .

I searched for a different tax professional this year and filed an extension due to not having one by April. Due to the cut-off, I stated that I understood that my taxes would be done after the tax date, and I provided my documents, the extension, and anything else they would need. Upon this visit, I asked what the tax preparation range was, and it was quoted as $250 - $350, depending on what needs to be done. I reached out in April, May (2x) and then again in June to find out where my taxes were. In June, I was told that they hadn't done anything with my information and that they would start now. Ok, this should have been my first indication that customer service isn't the greatest but I wanted to give the small business a shot. In June we went back and forth regarding what they needed. I sent in everything within a day or two and continued to wait. End of June I specifically asked what was taking so long. Turns out they didn't even look at the emails that I sent until I specifically pinpointed everything. The day before I was supposed to go in and sign, she asked for several documents, and I stated that, once again, I had given in EVERYTHING I received. She then said, we'll extend when you come in, and it's okay. So now we are in July. I came in, but it still wasn't done. She (Francine) stated that she still had questions. Ones that I answered several times. After an hour there, I finally got a completed product. The bill $650!!! I was sticker shocked, I even asked when this was even quoted to me because this should have been quoted if it was above the initial price. All of a sudden, no one gave quotes, and the staff stated that they would never quote anything. The owner then comes out and says that she doesn't know who quoted the first range but that she could discount me. I didn't take the discount on principle, if you charge what you charge that's fine but be transparent. This was the worse customer service ever. Be cautious: time, transparency and general service is lacking. No accountability. Would not recommend; will not go back.

I can not say enough about Frances M Clay. She is so knowledgeable and so helpful. She took the time out of her busy schedule to educate me and guide me in resolving my tax issue. She was so patient. She even provided me with apps to download to start keeping track of my expensive as I am a business owner. I was not even an active client, but I will be moving forward.

I wish I had known about Allied before entrusting standard “software” to prepare my own taxes. I am from out of state but I would not trust any other professional, franchise tax service or a software ever again. Maria, along with her team (Frances and Donna) are professional, knowledgeable, honest, responsive and personable. I highly recommend them!
