This is one of the cleanest, friendliest if not the cleanest and friendliest 7eleven I have ever visited. Congrats to all the personnel from new manager, to cashier, to cleaning person! An example of what a 7eleven should be! Again CONGRATS! ?

I went to the 7-Eleven to purchase something from inside and to get gas. The customer service was very poor. There were two cashiers there. One lady was assisting a customer. The other lady who is the pregnant lady was just leaning against something did not acknowledge me or even instruct me to come to register there was a customer who Told me to go before her since I was there First. The cashier proceeded to have a full conversation with this customer, which is cool since apparently she was holding something for her customer service a lot nowadays. She lacked customer service Which made my visit very unsatisfactory.

Best 7 11 I have been to in a while. Fresh food and fully stocked and also very clean. Most 7 11s have been disappointing lately but not this one. Will definitely start using this store instead

This place has really cleaned up, and I love the cashier Tiffany. She is so sweet. The only issue I had was that coffee machine was out of order but Tiffany reassured me it would be up and running and that they would have all the flavors soon. If I go in and it’s out of milk/chocolate or whatever I will ask them to refill it and they will do it right away! The machines/coffee area are always stocked and clean. They always have fresh hot food in rotation and the cold food stocked. A few of the girls there are very customer oriented. Love this place a stop here a few times a week.

We have been living on Alabama st for years and every day, probably 5-6 times a day my wife and adult kids will go get coffee, tobacco products spending a good amount of money monthly that is really unnecessary. We go to the store looking all different ways. We live by it!!!!!My wife mentioned to me that new management, short butch lady, a big girl with curly red hair and one skinny girl with straight hair will leave the register and act all weird when she walked in. So I said I’ll go with you and will stay in the car. As soon as my wife and son walked in the manager looked at the other employees and I’ve seen when she asked to follow them around. They all got in their loss prevention position and it looked completely ridiculousThere is no needs to harass your clients like this.My wife owns a business and can pay your cashiers 16.50 to be a receptionist, 15.00 to a cleaner .This store is a joke, the employee turnover is out of hand. This is a busy store. Get professional employees. Get a professional manager, someone with customer service experience and acts with professionalism.Watch your employees they even give out their numbers to people for “green” when you buy a pack of wraps.Only one employee, with a men’s bun, he is amazing and been working for more than 3 months so let’s give him 5 stars, but not the storeAll this and forgot to mention that you guys need to make sure your coffee machines work in the morning just as well as it works in the afternoon and nighttime. It never works when these ladies are there because they are chitchatting and just watching ppl not steal an empty cup.

The place is always clean coffee machines are always kept clean and ready for our customers like me to go every day the ladies and gentlemen that work here are efficient and polite and I get greeted every day for all the years since 2014 driving into the 7-Eleven management is awesome if There is something broken it’s fixed right away and they surpassed and Customer Service skills and restocking merchandise efficiently. Ms.Rose, Ms.Tanya, Ms.Julissa, Ms. Audrey, Mr. Miguel, Ms. Airyona, Ms.Jelly. They always have my favorite Gouda pastries 2 for $3.

Guy was too busy eating 7-eleven wings behind the counter this evening to want to check people out: had to wait for a full hand washing and dry, after watching him debone a chicken wing. The guy had long hair and didn’t care!

STAY AWAY !!! besides ALL THE BAD already said about this place, For example, Employees are Rude, Manager is NASTY and LAZY, She's always HIGH, Has her Drug dealers at night in each corner selling drugs, Dresses like she's at home with socks and sandals, Ect, THE NEW SCAM IS the manager has a '' Want to be Hulk Guy '' come with his tow truck and if you taking to long inside she watches out and has your car towed, This is something tow truck drivers who apparently can't work for their money like real man do, Do to steal you car and you belongings. This is not a new trend look it up. I will update with pictures.

For very long time the personal working at this store has been rude as well as the manager. I have been living in this neighborhood for 20+ years and have never had any problems. I just wonder if the policy from the store is still the same or can a manager change it to benefit their mistakes? Does an exchange have to be refunded when you are trying to exchange the same brand for a different flavor within minutes of buying? When you question why? They say because of inventory and someone stealing at the register and a whatever as her last word, really? This review might be overlooked at, and it made sound ridiculous. They have their favorite people, and I will be paying very close attention because if I see that they make an exchange without processing a refund I will consider this a discrimination.

This store is a dump.. a disgrace to 7-11. The management is lazier than the employees which is hard to be in this case. I wouldn’t eat the food in there either…dead roaches all over the floor. The bathrooms are a health hazard. I felt so sorry for my wife and daughters… we had to go to the nearest McDonalds so they could use a decent restroom. I said something to the woman who was the manager and she said there were restrooms at the surrounding fast food restaurants,… that was it!!! They should fire the managers and get people in there that want to work!! I’ll never go in there again, and advise anyone I know of the same!
